WORK MACHINE
Achieved are reduction of noise which is caused by air intake sound of a pre-cleaner, improvement of rear viewability and rear visibility of an operator, and extension of a maintenance interval of the pre-cleaner. A wheel loader (1) includes: an engine (18); a hood (23) that covers, in an openable and closable manner, a space in which the engine (18) is contained and that has an air intake opening (23a) through which air is taken into the space; an air cleaner (33) that is contained in the space and that is connected to the engine (18) via a first air intake pipe (34); and a pre-cleaner (31) that is contained in the space and that is connected to the air cleaner (33) via a second air intake pipe (32).
WORK MACHINE
Detection accuracy of a device for obtaining a position of a blade is improved. A motor grader includes an antenna for reception of a satellite position determination signal arranged in a roof portion of a cab, a first IMU mounted on the cab, a second IMU mounted on a draw bar, a rotation angle sensor that detects an angle of rotation of a swing circle with respect to the draw bar, an inclination angle sensor that detects an angle of inclination of a blade with respect to the swing circle, and a controller. The controller obtains the position of the blade in a global coordinate system based on the satellite position determination signal received by the antenna and results of detection by the first IMU, the second IMU, the rotation angle sensor, and the inclination angle sensor.
WORK MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a work machine having at least one container for receiving a fuel that serves the propulsion of the work machine and/or for the drive of a machine component, wherein an assembly is provided that comprises a rack in which the container is received and that furthermore has a plating for the mechanical protection of the container located in the rack.
Reactive steering system for a work vehicle having an articulated chassis
A work vehicle including an articulated vehicle chassis having a front frame portion and a rear frame portion pivotally coupled together at a generally vertical pivot axis. The front frame portion carries a front axle and the rear frame portion carries a rear axle. A steering system includes at least one steering cylinder connected between the front frame portion and the rear frame portion. A power plant provides motive power to the work vehicle, and a transmission receives power from the power plant and provides power to the front axle and rear axle. The work vehicle further includes a secondary clutch interconnected between the transmission and the rear axle. The steering system is configured to disengage the secondary clutch to provide reactive steering, whereby the front frame portion tows the rear frame portion. The rear frame portion freely articulates relative to the front frame portion.
WORK MACHINE
The present invention provides a work machine including a steering device that is very responsive to switching operations. The work machine includes: a proportional solenoid valve for outputting a first pilot pressure oil with a pressure responding to a steering signal; a solenoid valve for outputting a second pilot pressure oil with a predetermined pressure while the steering signal is outputted from the steering device; a switching valve capable of switching to a first state of outputting the first pilot pressure oil to a directional control valve and a second state of outputting the second pilot pressure oil to the directional control valve, while the first pilot pressure oil is outputted from the proportional solenoid valve and the second pilot pressure oil is outputted from the solenoid valve in parallel; and a controller to switch the switching valve from the first state to the second state in a case where a malfunction is detected in a main circuit ranging from the steering device to the directional control valve via the proportional solenoid valve and the switching valve of the first state.
DETERMINING OBJECT DETECTION AREA BASED ON ARTICULATION ANGLE
A controller may determine, using a first sensor device of the machine, an articulation angle of the machine. The controller may adjust, based on the articulation angle, a size of an object detection area to obtain an adjusted object detection area. The object detection area may be associated with an articulation joint of the machine.
Wheel Loader
A wheel loader includes: an operating state detecting unit detecting an operating state; a target setting unit setting a relationship between a target position of a working equipment and a travel distance of the wheel loader for the operating state detected by the operating state detecting unit; a travel distance detecting unit detecting the travel distance of the wheel loader; and a working equipment controlling unit moving a boom and a bucket to the target position of the working equipment determined depending on the travel distance detected by the travel distance detecting unit.
Hydraulic control device and construction machinery including same
A hydraulic control device includes: a hydraulic pump connected in parallel to steering and boom cylinders; a steering control valve that controls the direction of operating oil flowing through the steering cylinders; a boom control valve that connects the hydraulic pump to a tank when the valve is at a neutral position and controls the direction of the oil flowing through the boom cylinders when the valve is at an offset position; a meter-in pressure compensator that increases flow rate of the oil flowing through a variable restrictor of the steering control valve in accordance with pressure in front of and behind the restrictor; and a bleed-off pressure compensator that decreases flow rate of the oil flowing through the boom control valve in accordance with the increase in pressure of the oil flowing through the steering cylinders to maintain the predetermined pressure of the oil in the steering control circuit.
WORK VEHICLE
A controller disables the motion of a steering cylinder brought about by a steering lever when an enabled state is selected via a lever switch and an instruction to start an engine is issued via a main switch.
