COMPACT ARTICULATED BACKHOE LOADER WITH 270 DEGREE EXCAVATION ADVANTAGE

A backhoe loader comprises a front chassis, a rear chassis, a rotatable operator workstation, and a chassis lock mechanism. The front chassis comprises the loading assembly and the rear chassis is connected to the front chassis along a vertical axis joint by a pin lock assembly. The rotatable operator workstation is positioned in the rear chassis, which is positioned inside a bearing mounted cabin which is slewable in clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. The operator workstation enables maneuvering of the front chassis with respect to the rear chassis using the pin lock assembly. The chassis lock mechanism is achieved using two single acting hydraulic cylinders that are mounted horizontally on rear chassis. These hydraulic cylinders are actuated during the excavation operation which in turns locks the oscillation of vehicle and front and rear chassis acts rigidly like a single body. This rigidity of the vehicle provides the required stability during excavation.

Shaker assemblies for dewatering slurries are disclosed. The shaker assemblies may include a positioning device which limits movement of the vibratory frame of the shaker assembly relative to a subframe when the vibratory frame is moved from a raised operating position to a lowered position. The positioning device may guide the vibratory frame as it is lowered from the raised position to the lowered position. In some embodiments, the shaker assembly includes a locking device for locking the vibratory frame to the subframe when the vibratory frame is in the lowered position.

SHOVEL STABILIZER APPENDAGE

A mining machine includes a base having two drive tracks configured to rest on a ground surface and to move the mining machine along a first direction. The drive tracks each have a length along the first direction between a front end of the drive track and a rear end of the drive track. The mining machine further includes a carbody that extends between the two drive tracks, a turntable coupled to the carbody that defines an axis of rotation, and a stabilizer appendage coupled to the carbody. The stabilizer appendage extends forward from the carbody along the first direction and includes a roller or plate to contact the ground surface and provide stabilizing support during a digging operation. The axis of rotation is positioned closer to the front end of the drive tracks than the rear end of the drive tracks.

Stabilizing system for excavators
10392778 · 2019-08-27 · ·

A support system for an excavator is disclosed as it may include an extended center frame, a trench support, and/or a mat. The extended center frame may be bolted onto a standard excavator to widen the overall footprint of the machine and reduce ground pressure. The trench support relieves any remaining pressure toward the open trench. The extended center frame enables a larger excavator to straddle an open trench, while at the same time a smaller excavator can dig the shallower depths, thereby increasing efficiencies. By implementing the trench support and/or the mat, it might not be necessary to widen the tracks of the excavator as far, thus further reducing time-related costs. In addition, the trench support may also enhance safety of the trenching operations.

Device for monitoring for bearing capacity failure and system

A device monitors for bearing capacity failure of a mobile work machine. The work machine has a number of stabilisers. Each stabiliser has a support foot having a support foot plate. When the mobile work machine is in a supported state, the support foot plate of at least one support foot is arranged on a base surface surrounding the work machine or on a base plate. The device for bearing capacity failure monitoring has a number of sensors for sensing a change in position of at least one support foot plate and/or at least one base plate. The device has an evaluation unit, which has a data connection to the number of sensors and is designed to detect a bearing capacity failure on the basis of a change in position of the at least one support foot plate and/or the at least one base plate that has been sensed by means of the number of sensors.

Outrigger Stabilizer Pad Having a Frictional Surface
20190210574 · 2019-07-11 ·

The present disclosure relates to outrigger pads, and specifically outrigger stabilizer pads providing a three-dimensional frictional surface, which provides additional stability between the outrigger foot and the staging ground surface. The frictional surface provides the pad with a non-slip feature when the pad is used on slippery surfaces, such as mud, snow and ice. Additionally, the frictional surface of the present outrigger pads provide the pad with interlocking capabilities, either for stacking complimentary outrigger pads on top of one another, or for engagement with another object such as a cribbing block, for changing the height of the outrigger pad.

Mid mount stabilizer for a backhoe loader

A stabilizer device for a work vehicle. The work vehicle having a first ground-engaging device having a first midpoint and a second ground-engaging device having a second midpoint. The first ground-engaging device and the second ground-engaging device configured to move the work vehicle along a surface. The stabilizer device comprising a mount coupled to the work vehicle between the first ground-engaging device and the second ground-engaging device. A stabilizer bar coupled to the mount. An actuator coupled to the mount and the stabilizer bar and configured to raise the stabilizer bar from a ground-engaging position to a stowed position. The stabilizer device extends to one of equal to and beyond the second midpoint in the ground-engaging position.
