A work machine comprising a main body and a cab riser. The cab riser includes a cab and a frame comprising a first plate to contact a second plate provided on the main body in a first position which the cab is uprightly positioned on the work machine. The first and the second plate are coupled together to sandwich a key plate in the first position, the key plate being disposed in a space created by a first recess on a lower surface of the first plate and a second recess on an upper surface of the second plate, the second recess being aligned with the first recess vertically in the first position, and the key plate includes a first contact surface as a slope surface and a top surface being adjacent to the slope surface in the cross sectional view of the key plate.

SYSTEMS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS FOR LOCKING CAB TO MAIN BODY OF WORK MACHINE

A work machine comprises a main body, a cab riser, and a shaft. The cab riser includes a cab and a frame, the cab being uprightly positioned on the work machine in a first position, and being tilted forward in a second position, and the frame comprising a first plate to contact a second plate provided on the main body in the first position. The cab riser is rotatable about the shaft in clockwise and counterclockwise directions to and from the first position and the second position. The first plate and the second plate can be clamped together by a clamping assembly in the first position, the clamping assembly including one or more clamps to clamp the first plate and the second plate, and the clamping assembly is mounted on the main body.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC TILTING OF OPERATOR CABIN

A system for automatic tilting of an operator cabin of a work machine includes a first sensor that generates a first signal indicative of a first pitch angle of a frame structure relative to a non-inclined surface. The system also includes a tilting mechanism to tilt the operator cabin relative to the frame structure. The system further includes a controller that receives the first signal indicative of the first pitch angle. The controller determines a second pitch angle based on the first pitch angle. The controller controls first and second actuators to tilt the operator cabin by the second pitch angle relative to the non-inclined surface. The second pitch angle is opposite in direction to the first pitch angle. Further, based on a tilting of the operator cabin, a plane defined by the operator cabin is substantially parallel to the non-inclined surface.

A lever device includes a base pedestal, a movable body, a lever, a cam body having a cam groove, a guide pin, and a first biasing member. The lever is configured to swing between a push-down position at which the guide pin is arranged in the upper groove portion and a pull-up position at which the guide pin is arranged in the lower groove portion. The first biasing member has one end connected to a first connector portion provided on the base pedestal; and the other end connected to a second connector portion provided on the cam body, is arranged behind the second lateral shaft when the lever is located at the push-down position, and is arranged in front of the second lateral shaft when the lever is located at the pull-up position.

Crane, construction machine or industrial truck simulator

A crane, a construction machine or an industrial truck, with a control station including at least one input means for inputting control commands, a graphical simulation module for calculating a virtual representation of the machine surroundings and/or machine components visible from the control station, such as a boom or a load hook, and a display device for displaying the calculated virtual representation, wherein a movement simulation module is provided for determining movements and/or deformations of the machine components according to the inputted control commands, depending on which the graphical simulation module calculates the virtual representation. Proposed is a data emulation using hardware components, which carry out actual actuating movements and thus simulate “actual” actuating movements of the machine to be simulated, in order to provide corresponding movement data more rapidly and with less computing performance, whereby a more realistic simulation can be achieved in real-time or almost real-time.

Mechanical drive control for loaders

Disclosed are power systems, and power machines employing the power systems, having dual in-line pumps configured to supply hydraulic fluid to respective left and right side travel motors of the power machine. In some exemplary embodiments, pump pintle arm controls and a single centering mechanism for the pintle arm controls are provided. The single centering mechanism is configured to center the pintle arms for each of the two pumps. Also in some exemplary embodiments, a mechanical control linkage configuration allows the separate pump pintle arm controls to be positioned on a side of the pump substantially one behind the other. This allows hydraulic connections to the pumps to be placed on top of the pump assembly, improving the routing of hydraulic hoses in the power machine.

Cab for work machine and work machine

Provided is a cab for a work machine capable of preventing an actuator from being damaged by vibration. A cab body is formed with a doorway. A door is rotatably supported on the cab body. The door opens and closes the doorway. A closed position locking unit locks the door so as to disable it from rotating relative to the cab body. The actuator generates a driving force to unlock the door locked by the closed position locking unit. The actuator is mounted on the cab body and is supported by the cab body.

A self-propelled ground milling machine, in particular a road milling machine, a stabilizer or a recycler, comprising a machine frame borne by traveling devices, a ground milling device mounted on the machine frame having a milling drum box and a milling drum which can be rotated within the milling drum box about a rotation axis running transverse to a main working direction of the ground milling machine, and an operator platform from which the ground milling machine is operated by an operator, having an operator platform floor on which the operator can stand while operating the ground milling machine, having a main floor plate. What is now essential according to the invention is that, in addition to the main floor plate, a side floor plate is provided which can be pivoted about a vertical axis or can be adjusted along a horizontal adjustment axis, and by means of which the standing area of the operator platform can be varied.

WORK MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM, WORK MACHINE, METHOD OF CONTROLLING WORK MACHINE, AND WORK MACHINE CONTROL PROGRAM

A work machine control system is provided with an acquisition process unit and a limit process unit. The acquisition process unit acquires a detection result of an object around a machine body of a work machine in a state incapable of operating the work machine. The limit process unit creates a limit state capable of limitedly operating the work machine, when the detection result meets a predetermined condition and then a gate lock lever is so operated as to create a state capable of operating the work machine.
