The forward wing links are positioned near the bottom of the shank in front of the rear of the shank. The wing rod is positioned behind the shank. A power link is engaged to the toolbar, a hydraulic drive cylinder, and the wing rod for enabling oscillation of the wing rod relative to the shank.
TOOL FOR A HYDRAULIC HAMMER
A tool for a machine implement is disclosed. The tool may include a hardened portion of a material and a softened portion of the material. The hardened portion may extend along and encompass a longitudinal axis of the tool between a base end and a tip end of the tool. The softened portion may extend along and be offset from the longitudinal axis of the tool between the base end and the tip end of the tool.
Consumable shin for a tillage shank with adjustable depth fertilizer tube
A consumable shin for a tillage shank includes an integral U-shaped shin having a first side, a second side, and a bottom; the first side and the second side being spaced apart to form a volume therebetween; the first side having a first side surface having first side length and a first side width; the second side having a second side surface having a second side length and a second side width; the first side length being from a rear edge of a guard of a shoe engaging the tillage shank to a forward edge of a first side shield engaging the tillage shank; the second side length being from the rear edge of the guard of the shoe engaging the tillage shank to a forward edge of a second side shield engaging the tillage shank.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING THE INSTALLATION STATUS OF A SHANK ATTACHMENT MEMBER OF AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT
A system for monitoring an installation status of shank attachment members of agricultural implements may include a shank assembly. The shank assembly may have a shank and at least one mounting element configured to couple the shank to a portion of an agricultural implement. The system may further include a shank attachment member coupled to the shank and a signal transmission device provided in operative association with the shank attachment member. The system may further include an antenna provided in operative association with the shank assembly, where the antenna is configured to receive wireless signals transmitted by the signal transmission device. Additionally, the system may include a controller communicatively coupled to the antenna and configured to determine an installation status of the shank attachment member based at least in part on the wireless signals received by the antenna.
Dragging apparatus with ripper shank
A dragging apparatus has a carriage body. The carriage body has at least one attachment portion. The attachment portion is configured to connect the carriage body to a drag barge. At least one ripper shank is disposed on the carriage body. The ripper shank extends downwardly from the carriage body. A method for operating a dragging apparatus includes providing a barge and a dragging apparatus, and then lowering the dragging apparatus to a floor or bottom of a body of water to agitate the floor or bottom.
Attachment pin assembly
An attachment pin assembly includes a first pin body, a second pin body, and a bolt for fastening and fixing the first pin body and the second pin body to each other. A tip end of the first pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a first bolt hole extending in an axial direction. A tip end of the second pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a second bolt hole extending in the axial direction. The first pin body and the second pin body are fastened and fixed with the bolt in a state in which the planar tip ends contact each other.
QUICK-FIT COUPLING FOR A WEARING PART OF A SOIL-WORKING TOOL
A wearing part arrangement (1) provided with a holder (11) providing releasable attachment of a wearing part (12) by means of a socket-and-pin type quick-fit coupling, wherein the holder (11) comprises a pair of opposing first guide portions (1132) being arranged to face corresponding supporting faces (1221) provided on the wearing part (12), and a pair of second guide portions (1134) arranged to face corresponding top faces (1223) of the wearing part (12), wherein one of the pair of the opposing first guide portions (1132) and the corresponding side supporting faces (1221) of the wearing part (12) is provided with at least one elevation (1222), and the other one of the pair of the opposing first guide portions (1132) and the corresponding side supporting faces (1221) is provided with a corresponding recess (1135) arranged for receipt of the elevation (1222) when the wearing part (12) is in engagement with the holder (11).
Wear assembly for use on earth working equipment
A wear assembly for excavating equipment which includes a wear member and a base each with upper and lower stabilizing surfaces that are offset and at overlapping depths to reduce the overall depth of the assembly while maintaining high strength and a stable coupling. The nose and socket each includes a generally triangular-shaped front stabilizing end to provide a highly stable front connection between the nose and wear member for both vertical and side loading. The lock is movable between hold and release positions to accommodate replacing of the wear member when needed, and secured to the wear member for shipping and storage purposes.
Attachment pin assembly
An attachment pin assembly includes a first pin body, a second pin body, and a bolt for fastening and fixing the first pin body and the second pin body to each other. The first pin body has a first shaft portion and a flange portion formed at an end of the first shaft portion. The second pin body has a second shaft portion. The bolt is inserted into the flange portion and the first shaft portion of the first pin body and the second shaft portion of the second pin body.
