WEAR RESISTANT COMPONENT
A wear resistant component includes a matrix portion made of metal, a core embedded in the matrix portion and having a hardness higher than that of the matrix portion, and a plurality of support members having at least one end exposed from a surface of the matrix portion, extending toward an interior of the matrix portion, and contacting the core at a portion other than the one end to define a position of the core within the matrix portion.
BULLDOZER
A bulldozer includes a blade disposed in front of a vehicle body. First and second cameras are disposed to the left and right of the vehicle body, respectively. A first optical axis of the first camera faces forward and downward. The first camera overlaps a left crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a first image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the left crawler belt. A second optical axis of the second camera faces forward and downward. The second camera overlaps a right crawler belt as seen in a plan view of the bulldozer and is arranged to capture a second image of a gap between a lower edge of the blade and the right crawler belt. A display is configured to display the first and second images side-by-side.
ATTACHMENT PIN ASSEMBLY
An attachment pin assembly includes a first pin body, a second pin body, and a bolt for fastening and fixing the first pin body and the second pin body to each other. The first pin body has a first shaft portion and a flange portion formed at an end of the first shaft portion. The second pin body has a second shaft portion. The bolt is inserted into the flange portion and the first shaft portion of the first pin body and the second shaft portion of the second pin body. Moreover, a housing recessed portion for housing a head of the bolt is formed at the first pin body, and a bottom surface of the housing recessed portion is arranged on a tip end side of the first shaft portion as a second pin body side with respect to a seating surface of the flange portion.
ATTACHMENT PIN ASSEMBLY
An attachment pin assembly includes a first pin body, a second pin body, and a bolt for fastening and fixing the first pin body and the second pin body to each other. A tip end of the first pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a first bolt hole extending in an axial direction. A tip end of the second pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a second bolt hole extending in the axial direction. The first pin body and the second pin body are fastened and fixed with the bolt in a state in which the planar tip ends contact each other.
Wear assembly for earth working equipment
A wear assembly for earth working equipment includes a base, a wear member and a lock. The lock includes a retainer and a lock body. The retainer is seated in a recess in the base. A key of the retainer is received in the keyway of the wear member as the cavity receives the base. A lock body passes through aligned openings of the base, retainer and wear member to engage the retainer and secure the wear member to the base.
Undercarriage drive module
A work machine may include a power module including a battery and engine and configured to provide power. The work machine also includes a drive module configured with one or more motors and positioned over a track roller frame. The work machine may also include a ripping module configured with one or more ripping devices to cut or rip encountered material. Further, the work machine may also include a hydraulic module including one or more devices in a front region to cut or rip the encountered material.
CONSUMABLE SHIN FOR A TILLAGE SHANK WITH ADJUSTABLE DEPTH FERTILIZER TUBE
A consumable shin for a tillage shank includes an integral U-shaped shin having a first side, a second side, and a bottom; the first side and the second side being spaced apart to form a volume therebetween; the first side having a first side surface having first side length and a first side width; the second side having a second side surface having a second side length and a second side width; the first side length being from a rear edge of a guard of a shoe engaging the tillage shank to a forward edge of a first side shield engaging the tillage shank; the second side length being from the rear edge of the guard of the shoe engaging the tillage shank to a forward edge of a second side shield engaging the tillage shank.
Modular power unit
A work machine is provided. The work machines may include a power module configured to provide power including a battery and an engine and configured to a folding heat exchange device. The work machine may also include a drive module configured with one or more motors and positioned over a track roller frame. The work machine may also include a hydraulic module including one or more devices in a front region and one or more devices in a rear region to cut or rip encountered material
Coupler for an implement assembly
A coupler for detachably coupling to a work tool is provided. The coupler includes a frame with a first aperture formed therein. The first aperture extends along a first axis inclined with respect to a transverse axis of the frame. The coupler further includes a first locking member provided within the first aperture. The coupler also includes an actuator configured to move the first locking member between an unlocked position in which first locking member is disengaged from the work tool, and a locked position in which the first locking member is engaged with the work tool.
Demolition system
A demolition system for equipping a skid steer to rip concrete and asphalt from the ground includes a bucket that is coupled to a tractor. The bucket has a rear wall and a bottom wall. A pair of blocks is provided and each of the blocks is coupled to the rear wall of the bucket. A pair of gripping units is provided and each of the gripping units is removably positioned in an associated one of the blocks. Moreover, each of the gripping units extends below the bottom wall of the bucket. Thus, each of the gripping units selectively engages an object on the ground thereby facilitating the object to be urged upwardly from the ground.
