A water level monitoring and reporting system coupled to a pumping system, using a well sensor mote coupled to a flow meter, wherein the mote sends uplinks, with data collected by the flow meter, via LoRaWAN to a gateway to a server and thence to a readable application interface.

Pneumatic lift and recharge system for horizontal water wells

Disclosed herein are various embodiments relating generally to a system for lifting water from an aquifer formation by drilling a u-shaped well through the aquifer formation, which comprises a water well screen within the aquifer formation with an inner production string with a series of check valves within the aquifer formation that allow water from the aquifer to flow from the water well screen and into the production string while preventing the water from leaving the production string, and then uses air pressure to force the water through a larger check valve in the production string, so that it may be collected in a surface tank. When not extracting water from the aquifer formation, the system allows treated water to be pumped into the outer casing and back into the aquifer, thereby recharging the aquifer formation with water.

The invention relates to a pre-configured portable well pump utility structure apparatus that offers an efficient water delivery solution and rapid installation in remote locations. The well-pumping system may be pre-configured for various water sources and may include a pump and motor assembly controlled by a system controller, typically incorporating a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for operation adjustment based on water demand. The well-pumping system may be secured in a utility structure for ease of transportation and deployment that is manufactured off-site and mounted on a skid frame or plate for stability. Advanced features such as wireless communication for remote system management, safety mechanisms for backflow prevention and pressure management, and a pressure transducer for continuous system optimization highlight the system's adaptability and operational efficiency. This modular, scalable solution addresses the critical need for reliable water access in challenging environments, underscoring its significance in enhancing water resource management practices.

Method and system for extracting water with consideration of the recharge rate and other factors to protect the aquifer

A water extraction system including a water well coupled to an aquifer, a distribution line in communication between the water well and a use element, and a pump coupled to the water well for moving water from the water well to the use element at a pump rate. A well sensor and associated well mote collect water level data and upload the collected water level data to a server. A communication device is coupled to the server and an application carried by one of the server and the communication device calculates the rate of recharge of the well from the collected water level data. A pumping strategy is developed by the application using the recharge rate to determine an altered pump rate.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for changing a primary extraction location from an aquifer utilizing a custom extended pump sleeve (CEPS)

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are disclosed for changing a primary extraction location from an aquifer. An elongate tube-like structure has an upper end and a lower end. The upper end is adapted to attach to a well pump above an intake of the well pump. The lower end is adapted to receive water from the aquifer for the well pump. A length of the elongate tube-like structure is longer than the well pump and extends to a depth below a motor configured with the well pump.
