20200156957 · 2020-05-21 ·

The present invention is a media extraction apparatus for removing media from a tank of a domestic water supply. The apparatus has a connection fixture where the connection fixture is configured to be operably coupled to a service connection of a media-containing tank of a water treatment equipment. A body, extending from the connection fixture, has an interior and an inlet. The body extends from the connection fixture and the interior allows for passage of a scavenging conduit. A pressure-tight seal is connected to an exterior surface of the scavenging conduit and the inlet of body allows for the opening of an air inlet path in the media-containing tank. One end of the scavenging conduit is positioned inside of the tank and an opposite end of the scavenging conduit is positioned in a waste collection vessel.

Water filter assembly

A water filter assembly includes a manifold mountable to a water conduit. An end of the water conduit is receivable between a manifold body and a mounting clamp of the manifold. A fastener is configured for drawing the manifold body and the mounting clamp together in order to clamp the water conduit to the manifold. A face seal is configured to be compressed between the manifold body and the mounting clamp when the fastener draws the manifold body and the mounting clamp together. An O-ring is positionable on the water conduit such that the O-ring extends between an inner surface of the manifold body and an inner surface of the mounting clamp.

Magnetic strainer

A fluid governing system including a fluid inlet and fluid inlet port coupleable to an upstream pipe segment; a fluid outlet and a fluid outlet port coupleable to a downstream pipe segment; a flow unit; a metering inlet path in flow communication with the fluid inlet; a metering outlet path in flow communication with the fluid outlet, the metering inlet path is in flow communication with the metering outlet path through the flow unit which is articulable between the metering inlet path and the metering outlet path; a pressure responsive sealing diaphragm for selective sealing a metering inlet port; an inlet chamber disposed at a face of the sealing diaphragm, the inlet chamber in flow communication with the fluid inlet; a control chamber disposed at an opposite face of the sealing diaphragm; and a control fluid duct extending between the inlet chamber and the control chamber.

Sanitization chamber for a pool cleaner

A pool cleaner includes a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, a propulsion system, and a suction system including a motorized pump for drawing liquid through the inlet and expelling it through the outlet. A filter located between the inlet and the pump is configured to trap debris. A sanitization chamber that includes a chamber inlet and a chamber outlet is integrated into the housing such that the chamber inlet is located downstream of the pump and is configured to divert a fraction of the liquid that is outflowing from the pump into the chamber inlet, the remaining outflowing liquid flowing out through the liquid outlet. The sanitization chamber is configured to sanitize the liquid that is flowing through the sanitization chamber and to retard a flow rate of the liquid that is flowing through the sanitization chamber relative to a flow rate of the remaining outflow liquid.

The present invention provides stretchable laminates with a flat appearance on the visible surface. The laminates comprise a textile layer, a functional layer, and a plurality of elastic fibers. The plurality of elastic fibers are in a substantially parallel arrangement and the internal distance between adjacent fibers does not exceed the maximum fiber spacing, which depends on laminate thickness in a stretched state. Also provided are garments and footwear comprising the stretchable laminates and methods of producing the stretchable laminates.

WATER OUTLET FITTING WITH DRINKING WATER FILTER

A multifunctional water outlet fitting for selectively dispensing service water and filtered drinking water has a fitting member having at least one water supply, a first outlet for service water which branches off from the fitting member, a second outlet for filtered drinking water which branches off from the fitting member and, for a drinking water filter, a filter receiving space through which water can flow connected to the second outlet so as to carry water. The filter receiving space is formed by a filter housing which is arranged at the end of the second outlet facing away from the fitting member, and the filter housing has a downwardly facing base in which there is formed a mouth opening, from which filtered drinking water can be removed. The filtered drinking water is consequently removed directly from the filter housing so that any formation of germs in a connected waterway is prevented.
