Configurable manifold water distribution system
Examples provide a configurable, modular manifold system for distributing water. The manifold receives water via a first supply line dropped vertically down from a ceiling structure. The first supply line is connected to a water source, such as a water tank or pre-existing water line without demolition. The water may be heated or filtered and then supplied to a fixture or other device via a perpendicular second supply line. Drainage from the fixture is received via a drainage line. The drainage accumulates in an accumulator tank. The drainage water is pumped out via a second vertical drainage line carrying the drainage water away. The second line eventually connects to a pre-existing sewage line or septic system for treatment. The manifold may be moved or relocated easily to provide water to fixtures or other devices modularly without alteration of fixtures or access demolition to existing structures.

Non-invasive thermal dispersion flow meter with fluid leak detection and geo-fencing control
A non-invasive thermal dispersion flow meter with chronometric monitor for fluid leak detection includes a heater, an ambient temperature sensor and a flow rate sensor which are configured to sense the temperature of a fluid in a conduit, and then monitor the flow of that fluid through the conduit. Based upon the ambient temperature sensor readings, the flow rate sensor and heater may be adjusted to optimize the operation of the system to detect leaks. Based on the sensor readings, the flow may be adjusted to prevent damage and leaks by relieving the system of excess pressure. Geographic location, occupancy sensors and occupant identifiers are used to control the system to facilitate operation and minimize leak damage when occupants are away.

System and method for infrastructure and asset management
A method and system for measuring, controlling, and recording flushing of a water distribution system (WDS) comprising each portion or subject WDS piping, by measuring, controlling and recording the selected flow rate ranges of water into and out of. The selected volume of water utilized into and out of the WDS piping can then be measured, controlled and recorded. The flow rate and volume of water into and out of the WDS piping can then be selected for each maintenance event protocol and used to determine the condition of the WDS.
Multi-port transition tee drain valve
A multi-port transition tee drain valve includes multiple ports that are positioned generally perpendicular to the body of the fitting that includes a drain valve. The drain valve includes a drain port positioned next to a valve member which can be opened to permit the draining of the multi-port transition tee drain valve and surrounding components through the drain port. The fittings on the ports and the fittings on the end(s) of the drain body can be different to permit the transition of one type or size of tubing/piping to another.
PLUMBING DISTRIBUTION AND CONTROL PANEL SYSTEM
A plumbing distribution and control panel system is provided. The plumbing distribution and control panel system has a main control panel unit having an interior. A portion of each of a plurality of pipes of a residence or commercial building may pass through the control panel to various zones of the building such as, for example, a water heater or tankless heater, a kitchen, a bathroom, a utility room, a laundry room, a basement, an exterior unit, or a mechanical room of a commercial building. The main control panel may allow a user to control the flow of water through the pipes in those zones. The main control panel allows for the easy cut-off of flowing water which may prevent damage to the residence or commercial building. A wireless system may also allow a user to wirelessly control the flow of water through the pipes.

SHOWER BIDET
A shower bidet is provided. The shower bidet includes a plastic device operable for a user to sit upon. The plastic device includes a first seating surface disposed atop a first seating column, a second seating surface disposed atop a second seating column, and a bridge portion connecting the first seating column and the second seating column. The first seating surface and the first seating column are separated from the second seating surface and the second seating column such that a spray nozzle may be disposed between the first seating column and the second seating column.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF WINTERIZING AND DE-WINTERIZING A STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING WATERLINES FROM FREEZING
The present subject matter discloses a system and method of winterizing and de-winterizing a structure in order to prevent waterlines from freezing and getting damaged. The system includes electronic valves connected to waterlines i.e., main waterline and drain line. The electronic valves include electronic ball valves. The electronic valves communicatively connect to an electronic device. A user operates the electronic device to winterize and de-winterize the structure. Winterizing includes closing the electronic valve on the main waterline that supplies water into the structure and opening and closing the electronic valve on the drain line causing the water to drain out. De-wintering includes closing the electronic valve on the drain line and opening the electronic valve on the main waterline to supply water back into the structure. Winterizing prevents the waterlines from freezing and getting damaged in cold weather conditions.
