Faucet head alignment system
An alignment coupling for a faucet includes a first alignment element positionable within a faucet body. The first alignment element has a first alignment feature. The first alignment feature includes one of a projection and a tapered groove. The alignment coupling includes a second alignment element that is movable with respect to the first alignment element. The second alignment element has a second alignment feature. The second alignment feature includes the other of the projection and tapered groove. The tapered groove includes walls that extend toward each other, and wherein the walls guide the projection to a narrowest portion of the tapered groove.
Adjustable Escutcheon Assembly
An adjustable escutcheon assembly is provided which can be installed flush against a ceiling, wall, or other surface where a supply pipe exits the ceiling, wall, or surface at various angles. The assembly includes a fitting having a curved bearing surface and an aperture for receiving the supply pipe, a retainer which bears against and is adjustable with respect to the curved bearing surface of the fitting, and an escutcheon plate mountable to the retainer. During installation, the retainer and escutcheon plate can be rotated with respect to the pipe and fitting in order to allow flush installation of the retainer and escutcheon against the ceiling, wall, or surface at a variety of angles.
METHOD FOR MOUNTING FAUCET ASSEMBLY
The present invention provides a method for mounting a faucet assembly comprising: extending and passing a water duct of a faucet through a base, and connecting the water duct to a fixing plate, wherein a size of the fixing plate is larger than a size of the base; extending and passing the water duct through a mounting hole of a mounting table, and mounting and fixing the base to the mounting hole; removing the water duct from the fixing plate, and mounting the water duct to the faucet; and mounting the faucet to the base. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for mounting a faucet assembly, so that a water duct of a faucet is less likely to fall during the mounting process, thereby improving the mounting efficiency of the faucet assembly.
SINK MOUNTING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A SINK MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
A washbasin installation arrangement (1), at least comprising a washbasin (2), a first functional unit (3) and a second functional unit (4), wherein the first functional unit (3) can be arranged on a wall element (5) and the second functional unit is connected to the washbasin (2), and wherein the functional units can be used to attach the washbasin (2) to the wall element (5). Further disclosed is also a method of assembling a washbasin installation arrangement (1).
Concrete form for freestanding bath filler installation and method of use
A concrete form for installing a bath filler includes a base having an exposed top surface, a perimeter wall extending along each side of the base and oriented perpendicular to the base, and a rim extending from a top edge of the perimeter wall outwardly from the exposed top surface. The concrete form includes at least one notch disposed along the rim, such that the at least one notch is configured to align with a desired location of the bath filler. The concrete form includes a drill template corresponding with the notches. The drill template includes a plurality of markers configured to indicate drill-hole placement.
Wireform clip for use with supply valves
A system of supply valves according to the present invention may include a first and second supply valve, each of which is connectable to a terminal end of a water supply line so as to provide direct access to the water supply. The system may be disposed within a modular plumbing supply box, and the valves may be spaced from one another by a reduced separation, X.sub.1. Each supply valve of the system may further include a top portion and bottom portion that are interconnectable and which form a water-proof seal therebetween. The top portion may comprise ridges that cooperate with channels of the bottom portion when the two portions are interconnected to form passageways. The top and bottom portions may be positionally and rotationally locked to one another, for example, using a wireform clip and inserting legs of the wireform clip through the passageways.
FIXING DEVICE AND FAUCET INSTALLATION DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses a fixing device and a faucet installation device. The fixing device comprises a base and a pressing block mechanism. The pressing block mechanism comprises two pressing plates. The two pressing plates are respectively connected to a locking rod, and an inner side wall of the base protrudes to define two connecting bases. At least one of the locking rods is configured to move relative to the base between a working state and a movable state. Movement of the at least one of the locking rods between the working state and the movable state cooperates with the change of the pressing block mechanism between the unfolded state and the folded state.
Crank connection structure and faucet using the structure
A crank connection structure includes a crank and a connection pipe. The crank and the connection pipe are connected in a plug-in manner and are rotatable relative to each other. A sealing ring is provided between the crank and the connection pipe. A faucet includes a body and the crank connection structure. The connection pipe is connected to the body. For the crank connection structure and the faucet using the structure, during the installation, only the angle relationship between the crank and the connection pipe needs to be adjusted, and the sealing ring is used for sealing the crank and the connection pipe without requiring raw material belt. The angles between the faucet body and the two cranks can be simultaneously adjusted to be at same level by rotating the faucet body, which abandons the traditional way of separately adjusting the cranks for leveling, achieving faster installation and adjustment.
