The valve unit is provided on a pipe line between a water supply source and the nozzle. The valve unit includes an electromagnetic valve. The water supply hose is configured to supply water from the water supply source into the casing. The water supply hose is flexible. The water supply connection part connects the water supply hose and the valve unit. The casing has a concave portion recessed upward from a bottom surface of the casing. The concave portion has an upper surface and a side surface extending from the upper surface and facing backward or sideward. The water supply connection part is provided on the side surface of the concave portion.
AUTOMATIC WATER FAUCET DEVICE
An automatic water faucet device 1 for automatically discharging water when an object to be detected is detected has: a sensor 14 that detects the object; a first water discharge part 12 that performs foamy water discharge; a second water discharge part 13 that performs spray water discharge; and a controller 40 that performs control for switching between the foamy water discharge from the first water discharge part 12 and the spray water discharge from the second water discharge part 13, wherein the controller 40 performs the foamy water discharge from the first water discharge part 12 while the sensor 14 detects the object, and when the sensor 14 no longer detects the object, the controller 40 stops this foamy water discharge, and thereafter performs spray water discharge from the second water discharge part 13 for a predetermined period.
WATER FAUCET DEVICE
An automatic water faucet device 1 includes: an electrolysis tank 37 that electrolyzes water to generate electrolyzed water; a second water discharge part 13 for discharging the electrolyzed water, a second flow path 18 that extends from the electrolysis tank 37 to the second water discharge part 13; a second solenoid valve 28 that switches between supply and blocking of normal water with respect to the electrolysis tank 37, and a controller 40 that controls the electrolysis tank 37 and the second solenoid valve 28. The controller 40 energizes the electrolysis tank 37 to discharge the electrolyzed water and thereafter stops the energization of the electrolysis tank 37 and maintains an open state of the second solenoid valve 28, to stop the supply of the electrolyzed water to the second flow path 18 and to supply normal water to the second flow path 18.
FAUCET APPARATUS
A faucet apparatus including a water discharger, a water supply path, an opening/closing valve, a transmitter, a receiver, and a controller, where the water discharger has a water discharge port discharging water, the water supply path guides the water from a water supply source to the water discharge port, the opening/closing valve opens and closes the water supply path, the transmitter transmits an optical signal, the receiver receives a reflected signal of the optical signal and outputs a received signal corresponding to the reflected signal, the controller detects an existence or absence of an object based on the received signal and controls opening and closing of the opening/closing valve according to a detection result of the object.
WATER DISCHARGE APPARATUS AND PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR
A water discharge apparatus including a water discharger, a water supply path, an opening/closing valve, a photoelectric sensor, and a controller, the photoelectric sensor projects detection light, receives a reflected light of the detection light, and outputs a received signal corresponding to a light reception amount of the reflected light, the controller detects an existence or absence of an object based on the received signal and controls opening and closing of the opening/closing valve according to a detection result of the object, the photoelectric sensor includes a sensor main body and a conductive member, the sensor main body includes a light-projecting element and a light receiving element, and the conductive member covers a front of the light receiving element, is formed in a sheet configuration, is light-transmissive, is conductive, and is electrically connected to a reference potential of the sensor main body.
Passive fluid regulation system
The present invention provides a system for regulating fluid flow made up of a solenoid valve interposed on a fluid supply line; a light switch that controls a light; a transformer with a primary side and a secondary side, wherein the primary side is placed in intermediate electrical communication with the light switch and the light, wherein the secondary side is in electrical communication with the solenoid valve, and wherein the solenoid valve allows flow through the fluid supply line when the light switch is activated and prevents flow through the fluid supply line when the light switch is deactivated.
FAUCET INCLUDING CAPACITIVE SENSORS FOR HANDS FREE FLUID FLOW CONTROL
A faucet comprises a spout, a passageway that conducts water flow through the spout, and an electrically operable valve disposed within the passageway. A first capacitive sensor has a first detection field that generates a first output signal upon detection of a user's hands in the first detection field, and a second capacitive sensor has a second detection field that generates a second output signal upon detection of a user's hands in the second detection field. A controller is coupled to the first and second capacitive sensors and the electrically operable valve. The controller is programmed to actuate the electrically operable valve in response to detecting the user's hands in the first detection field and not in the second detection field for a predetermined period of time surrounding the detection of the user's hands in the first detection field.
Passive sensors and control algorithms for faucets and bathroom flushers
An optical system includes one or several passive optical detectors sensitive to ambient (room) light for controlling, for example, the operation of automatic faucets or automatic bathroom flushers. The passive optical sensors provide signals to flow controllers, including control electronics and flow valves and require only very small amounts of electrical power for sensing users of bathroom facilities, and thus enable battery operation for many years. To control the operation of automatic faucets or automatic bathroom flushers based on ambient light, the controller executes novel algorithms.
