Drain pipe assembly for installation of washstand
A drain pipe assembly for installation of a basin includes: a drain pipe which is inserted in a drain port formed in a base of basin and has a flange of which an upper end is caught by the drain port; and a fastening member which fixes the basin against the flange, wherein the fastening member pulls the drain pipe, which is exposed below the basin, in a downward direction, to upwardly press the basin, thereby fastening the basin and the drain pipe.
HYBRID TRAP WITH WATER INJECTION
A hybrid flushing system for water free urinals is presented with a housing having a wall portion forming a cavity for receiving a cartridge. The housing also includes a flushing fluid inlet portion for receiving a flushing fluid and a flushing fluid directing portion configured to direct the flushing fluid. A cartridge for installation into a housing is presented, including a cartridge wall, a flushing fluid receiving portion and a flushing fluid directing portion to direct flushing fluid received to any portion to clean areas of the housing, the cartridge, and connected plumbing. Steps for cleaning a hybrid flushing system are presented with an act of directing a flushing fluid into an area, where the area is one of a cartridge for a hybrid flushing system, a housing for a hybrid flushing system, and a plumbing system connected with the hybrid flushing system.
Method of Retrofitting a Bathtub Drainage Pipe
A method of retrofitting a drainage pipe is disclosed. The method provides removing a pre-existing bathtub drain of a pre-existing bathtub drainage system to expose the concrete-encased drainage pipe, attaching a gasket to an exposed end of the concrete-encased drainage pipe, attaching a drain body to the gasket, attaching a strainer to the drain body, and attaching the drain body to the concrete-encased drainage pipe via the gasket. The drain body and gasket create a water-tight seal with and between the concrete-encased drainage pipe when attached. The method enables a user to convert a pre-existing bathtub drainage pipe to a shower drainage pipe without the added necessity of digging into the concrete surrounding the pre-existing drainage pipe below the pre-existing bathtub drain in order to place a small piece of modern piping material and a secure fastener below the body of the shower drain.
WATERLESS URINAL AND WATERLESS URINAL CARTRIDGE THEREFOR
A waterless urinal cartridge, for waterless urinals, includes a housing and a cover. The housing includes a waste reservoir configured to hold a predetermined volume of wastewater, and a drainage aperture configured so that an amount of wastewater exceeding the predetermined volume of wastewater flows through the drainage aperture to exit the housing. The cover is coupled to the housing and includes a sealing fluid reservoir having walls that define the waste reservoir and the drainage aperture, the walls of the sealing fluid reservoir form a containment perimeter with an open bottom so as to contain a sealing fluid floating on top of the predetermined volume of wastewater, and a plurality of fluid passages direct wastewater from the fluid bowl to the sealing fluid reservoir. The waste reservoir includes a fluid flow control feature that restrains wastewater movement within the waste reservoir in response to a change in vehicle dynamics.

Self-adjustable gas isolator
The present invention discloses a self-adjustable gas isolator, including a floater, a liquid storage device, a liquid outlet, a cover plate, a liquid discharging hole and a pressure balancing device. The floater has a pressure relief port; the pressure balancing device is connected with the floater in fixed position; the floater is sleeved in the liquid storage device and the floater goes up and down along with liquid level in the liquid storage device. The sealing device regulates the opening degree between the floater and the liquid outlet automatically according to the liquid volume discharged, and the pressure balancing device releases gas pressure preventing liquid from discharging, and the discharging speed of liquid is fast. The self-adjustable gas isolator is simple in structure, no components for hooking sundries in its channel, and is not easy to jam. When discharging liquid, the floater swings or rotates with self-cleaning function.
Malodor reflux blocking unit using cardiac valve principle and malodor reflux blocking device including the same
A malodor reflux blocking unit using the cardiac valve principle, includes a space providing portion inserted into the drain pipe through the drain hole and configured to provide a drain space for the drainage, blocking portions which are, in a non-draining state, disposed to face each other and configured to block communication between the drain pipe and the drain space due to a water film phenomenon which occurs due to drainage water being present between the blocking portions, and intermediate portions configured to mediate connection between the blocking portions and the space providing portion.
