The apparatus also includes an adjustable support extending vertically from the support flange and a contact pad disposed on a distal end of the adjustable support configured to support a fixture.

The present disclosure provides a split-type automatic lifting bracket device and a sanitary product. The split-type automatic lifting bracket device comprises an upper bracket assembly and a lower bracket assembly, wherein the upper bracket assembly is used for bearing a water receiver or a waterway control valve; and the lower bracket assembly is used for bearing or supporting and driving a sanitary product to rise and descend, and comprises a self-supporting leg assembly, an auxiliary standing device, an automatic lifting control device, a lifting bracket, a push-pull power device, a rolling guide device, and the sanitary product. The lifting structure of the present application can rise and descend automatically without an additional force to assist in height adjustment. The water receiver and other structures are not provided on the lifting bracket, so that a weight for the lifting structure to rise is reduced.

The faucet portion is connectable to at least one water supply line and controls flow of water into the basin. The pedestal portion suspends the sink portion above a surface at a suitable height to establish sufficient knee clearance to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The pedestal portion includes a mounting member to releasably mount the pedestal portion to a portion of the trailer, such as the tongue of the trailer.

A temporary wash basin for a trailer is provided. The temporary wash basin includes a sink portion, a faucet portion, and a pedestal portion. The sink portion includes a basin defining a drain. The faucet portion is connectable to at least one water supply line and controls flow of water into the basin. The pedestal portion suspends the sink portion above a surface at a suitable height to establish sufficient knee clearance to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The pedestal portion includes a mounting member to releasably mount the pedestal portion to a portion of the trailer, such as the tongue of the trailer.

A system of pipe insulating sleeves includes a series of elastomeric foam insulating sleeves that are capable of opening up to, and beyond, 180 degrees, to accommodate and capture an undersink pipe. The disclosed system may include a number of different sleeves that are capable of coupling to one another at respective couplers so as to form the system. The sleeves may include fastening mechanisms to retain the sleeves in the closed configuration while capturing the pipe, so as to create a smooth, streamlined appearance that is aesthetically pleasing. Also disclosed is a method of installing the sleeves. The sleeves are made of an elastomeric foam material that has heat insulating properties, and which may also have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that make it particularly advantageous for use in undersink pipe insulating.

A water pump is designed to pump water from the clean water tank through the water line to the faucet. A wastewater tank is in fluid communication with the drain via a drainage line.
