A water resistant cabinet system for protecting and collecting unwanted water under a sink, comprising: a rear wall extending between a top edge and a bottom surface; a first and second side wall attached to a first and second opposite verticle portion of the rear wall; a floor connecting to the rear wall and the first and second side walls, and sloping away from the rear wall; and a lip, attached to the floor and positioned opposite and parallel to the rear wall, and extending in an upward direction sufficient to collect water proximate the lip. The sloping angle of the floor from the rear wall is from 90 to 120 degrees. The water resistant cabinet system further comprising a drain hole, positioned proximate the lip, extending through the floor, and sized to drain water that collects on the floor.

A water resistant cabinet system for protecting and collecting unwanted water under a sink, comprising: a rear wall extending between a top edge and a bottom surface; a first and second side wall attached to a first and second opposite verticle portion of the rear wall; a floor connecting to the rear wall and the first and second side walls, and sloping away from the rear wall; and a lip, attached to the floor and positioned opposite and parallel to the rear wall, and extending in an upward direction sufficient to collect water proximate the lip. The sloping angle of the floor from the rear wall is from 90 to 120 degrees. The water resistant cabinet system further comprising a drain hole, positioned proximate the lip, extending through the floor, and sized to drain water that collects on the floor.

A cover for a pipe including a body, a slit, two flanges extending from the edges of the slit, and protrusions extending outwardly from each flange. The protrusions have three connected central openings extending from an outermost end of the protrusion to an inner surface of the flange. Also a fastener having five portions. The washstand may also include a cabinet provided under the wash bowl, the cabinet having a space, a dryer that discharges air through a discharge port from an interior of the cabinet, and a utensil-drying module provided in the space of the cabinet and coupled to the dryer to receive air discharged from the dryer to dry utensils placed in the utensil-drying module. The cabinet may include a drainage hole arranged to drain residual water from the utensil-drying module out of the cabinet.

The washing device may include a sink, a water-supply assembly that supplies water to the sink, and a water-discharge assembly that drains water from the sink. The cabinet may be provided below the sink and having an inner space. The dryer may be provided in the cabinet and may include a first outlet in communication with the inner space of the cabinet and a second outlet under the cabinet in communication with an outside of the cabinet. The dryer may be configured to selectively generate airflow through the first outlet to the inner space or through the second outlet to the outside of the cabinet.

A washstand may include a washing device, a cabinet and a dryer. The washing device may include a sink, a water-supply assembly that supplies water to the sink, and a water-discharge assembly that drains water from the sink. The cabinet may be provided below the sink and having an inner space. The dryer may be provided in the cabinet and may include a first outlet in communication with the inner space of the cabinet and a second outlet under the cabinet in communication with an outside of the cabinet. The dryer may be configured to selectively generate airflow through the first outlet to the inner space or through the second outlet to the outside of the cabinet.
