Siphon activated valve
A fill valve system with a float nested in a container connected to the fill valve and a siphon device passing water out of the container into the toilet tank, with the siphon device having an air vent dimensioned such that: (i) tank refilling is delayed until after the flush valve closes; (ii) the fill valve is not turned on by small leaks in the tank; and (iii) the fill valve turns off when it encounters large leaks in the tank.
Discharge valve system and method
Some embodiments include a fluid valve assembly with an outlet base dimensioned to be positioned through a drain in a fluid tank, and a float assembly including a moveable float. The moveable float can form a fluid-tight seal at a first end when the moveable float is coupled to the outlet base, and a flow opening when the moveable float is at least partially decoupled from the outlet base. Some embodiments include a housing positioned with the moveable float, where the housing encloses a suction device coupled to a moveable piston. Some embodiments include an actuable diaphragm positioned in the outlet base, and a compressed air tube or passageway coupled to one side the actuable diaphragm. In some embodiments, the actuable diaphragm is configured and arranged to be actuated by compressed air to move the moveable piston.
Vacuum operated valve
A fill valve with pressure chamber having an open bottom end and a diaphragm at a top end such that falling water level in the toilet tank causes the diaphragm to flex in a first direction, thereby moving a sealing member to an open position, with a venturi in the fill valve keeping the sealing member in the open position until water refilling the tank causes the diaphragm to flex in a second direction, thereby moving the sealing member back to the closed position.
Flow diverter with antisiphon
A flow diverter for diverting flow between a toilet bowl and a toilet tank, having: a body having an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet; and a flow adjustment mechanism rotatable within the body to selectively divert different percentages of flow between the first outlet and the second outlet; and an air vent and diaphragm in the body to prevent a siphon flow from the first or second outlet back to the inlet.
Pneumatic valve control device
A pneumatic valve control device includes an air cylinder. The air cylinder includes a first piston; an air outlet; and a locking and releasing mechanism configured to lock and release the first piston when the first piston is pushed up. The device also includes a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder includes a second piston; an air vent disposed on a first side of the second piston; and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet disposed on a second side of the second piston. The device also includes a partition disposed between the hydraulic cylinder and the air cylinder; a partition channel disposed on the partition; a piston rod connected to the second piston and configured to pass through the partition channel; and a tappet valve connected to the piston rod and configured to leave the partition channel in response to an upward movement of the piston rod.
DRAIN FITTING FOR A TOILET CISTERN
A drain fitting for a toilet cistern including a drain valve, which is constructed from a discharge nozzle mounted on the cistern and a lift-adjustable overflow tube, which closes a flow passage through the discharge nozzle in its closed position, and having a pneumatic actuator, with the aid of which, upon the application of pressure, the overflow tube is adjustable into its open position, in which a quantity of flush water is able to flow out of the discharge nozzle of the toilet cistern. An underpressure may be applied to the pneumatic actuator to lift-adjust the overflow tube into its open position. The drain fitting includes an, in particular water-conducting, underpressure unit, which is connected to the pneumatic actuator and generates an underpressure acting upon the pneumatic actuator upon activation by the user.
Flow diverter with antisipohon
A flow diverter for diverting flow between a toilet bowl and a toilet tank, the flow diverter having: a body with an inlet, outlet and pressure relief vent; and a flow adjustment mechanism rotatable around the outlet to selectively divert different percentages of flow between the outlet and the pressure relief vent by moving a stopper in and out of the outlet by rotating a sleeve of the flow adjustment mechanism around the outlet.
Air release valve and air pressure driven toilet water tank drain valve
An air release valve and an air pressure driven toilet water tank drain valve are provided. The air release valve includes a valve seat, a sliding block, and a push block. A bottom of the valve seat is provided with an air release channel, one end of the air release channel is an air inlet, and the other end of the air release channel forms an air release nozzle. The sliding block is located above the air release nozzle and is slidably arranged on the valve seat. The air pressure driven toilet water tank drain valve includes a drain valve body, an inner core tube, a limit device, a telescopic airbag, an air pump, the air release valve, a controller and an electronic induction switch. The air release valve with mechanical structure does not require power consumption and has low cost.
Flush water tank apparatus and flush toilet apparatus provided with the same
A flush water tank apparatus has a reservoir tank, a discharge valve, a discharge valve hydraulic drive portion configured to drive the discharge valve, and a discharge/vacuum break valve device configured to supply the water supplied from the upstream side to the discharge valve hydraulic drive portion on a downstream side. The discharge valve hydraulic drive portion includes a cylinder, and a piston configured to be moved by a pressure of the water flowing into the cylinder to move the discharge valve. The discharge/vacuum break valve device includes a valve body that operates to discharge the water flowing backward from the discharge valve hydraulic drive portion while opening the upstream side to an atmosphere when the supply of the water from the upstream side is stopped.
