Valve Device

Provided are valve devices and flow heads for a valve device. A valve device can include a valve body (30) that opens and closes a valve hole (15a) to allow communication between a primary flow path (17a) and a secondary flow path (17b), a back pressure chamber (7) defined at the back side of the valve body, a small hole (51) that is provided in the valve body to allow the primary flow path of and the back pressure chamber to communicate with each other, and a pin (6) that has a straight portion inserted into the small hole to clean the small hole by relative motions of the small hole and the straight portion. A flow head (34) may be annular and include one or more notches along a perimeter and be configured to engage with an inner peripheral surface of an upper end portion of an inner barrel of the valve device.

Flush Valve Assembly

A flush valve assembly for use in sanitaryware, such as a toilet or urinal. A flush valve assembly may have a flush valve body that is separate from a central seating body part. A central seating body part may be attached to a flush valve body with a mounting key. Once coupled, a flush valve body and central seating body part may be permanently connected. A flush valve assembly may also include a flush valve lever assembly. A flush valve lever assembly may include a bonnet nut for securing the flush valve lever assembly to a flush valve body. A flush valve lever assembly may include an actuator pin guide having a seal for sealing between the flush valve lever assembly and a flush valve body.

Flush toilet

A flush toilet includes: a water supply channel that allows flush water to be supplied from a flush water storage tank to a rim spout port and a jet spout port; and a switching device that switches a water supply path so as to execute a first flushing process of spouting the flush water in the water supply channel from the rim spout port and after that, execute a second flushing process of spouting the flush water in the water supply channel from at least the jet spout port. The switching device includes a switching valve body that operates by receiving the water pressure of the flush water pressurized by a pressure pump. This switching valve body performs switching to a water supply path that allows the first flushing process or the second flushing process to be executed according to the water pressure generated by the pressure pump.

Flush valve with relief valve having axially-translatable valve element

A flush valve has a relief valve including a stationary relief valve housing and an axially-translatable valve element. The axially-translatable valve element has an axial end that can be selectively translated to unseal an upper opening in a relief passageway through the stationary relief valve housing in order to permit fluid flow therethrough in order to initiate a flush cycle by the lifting of a diaphragm assembly. The axially-translatable valve element may include lead screw-like features which can be used to axially drive the axially-translatable valve element relative to the stationary relief valve housing to open or close the relief valve.

A flush valve has a valve body, a relief assembly, and a solenoid valve assembly. The valve body has a flushing tube. The solenoid valve assembly has a seal, an assembling mount, a solenoid valve, and a power supply. The seal is disposed between a diaphragm of the relief assembly and an intake end of the flushing tube. The assembling mount has a disk. A first reserving space is formed between the disk and the relief assembly. The solenoid valve is assembled to the assembling mount. A second reserving space is formed between the solenoid valve and the assembling mount and communicates with the first reserving space. The solenoid valve has a blocking unit to prevent the first reserving space and the second reserving space from communicating with each other. The power supply is electrically connected to the solenoid valve.

A flush valve has a valve body having a flushing tube, a power generating set, and a solenoid valve assembly. The power generating set is disposed within the flushing tube and has a turbine capable of rotating, an induction coil, and a magnet inserted through the induction coil and capable of simultaneously rotating with the water turbine. The solenoid valve assembly has an assembling mount, a solenoid valve assembled to the assembling mount, and a power supply electrically connected to both the induction coil and the solenoid valve. A first reserving space is formed between the assembling mount and a relief assembly. A second reserving space is formed between the solenoid valve and the assembling mount and communicates with the first reserving space. The solenoid valve optionally prevents the first reserving space and the second reserving space from communicating with each other.
