A water shutoff apparatus includes a housing and first and second valves located within the housing. The first and second valves are configured to be fluidly connected to an external appliance and an external first and second water supply lines that provide water at first and second temperatures to an appliance. The first and second valves include an open position, in which the water supply is enabled to supply the water to the appliance, and a closed position, in which the first water supply is prevented from supplying the water to the appliance. The first valve is independent from the second valve. At least one water sensor is electrically connected to the first and second valves. The sensor is operable between an inactivated state and an activated state when wet to activate the first and second valves to move into their closed positions.

FLUSHING STRUCTURE OF TOILET AND TOILET

A flushing structure of a toilet and a toilet includes a main waterway, a jet waterway and a rim waterway. An inlet of A main waterway inlet is in communication with an outlet on the toilet tank. A main waterway outlet is in communication with a jet waterway inlet and a rim waterway inlet. A jet waterway outlet is in communication with a jet hole beneath a water surface of a first water seal at the bottom of the toilet bowl. A waterway outlet is in communication with a rim hole provided on the toilet bowl for flushing the inner wall of the toilet bowl. A second water seal, whose water surface is on the same level with surface of the first water seal, is provided on the rim waterway. The main waterway and the jet waterway are isolated from air via the first water seal and second water seal.

TOILET MONITORING AND INTELLIGENT CONTROL

A toilet monitor uses a toilet tank water level sensor producing a toilet tank water level measurement signal. A processor detects rate of change of the measurement signal and conditionally produce a responsive actuation signal in response to the detected rate of change. A transducer connected to receive the actuation signal and transmit information, provide a humanly-perceptible indication, generate a data log and/or control an electronic water supply valve.

Plumbing control system, method, and apparatus and preventing repeated use of an appliance with feedback

Provided is a system, method, and apparatus for preventing repeated use of a restroom appliance with visual feedback. The system includes a valve configured to control flow of a fluid by at least one valve operation, an actuator configured to request a use of the restroom appliance, at least one indicator configured to display at least three different visual states, and at least one controller in communication with the actuator, the valve, and the at least one indicator. The at least one controller is programmed or configured to control the at least one indicator to display a first visual state, receive a plurality of requests to operate the restroom appliance exceeding a maximum number of valve operations, perform a first valve operation in response to receiving a first request, and control the at least one indicator to display a second visual state in response to performing the first valve operation.

INTERMITTENT FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM
20180118346 · 2018-05-03 ·

An intermittent fluid delivery system includes a fill tank and a batch tank which is connected to the fill tank via a first pump and a first hose. The fill tank holds a first quantity of fluid. The batch tank holds a second quantity of fluid, which is lesser than the first quantity. The first pump delivers fluid from the fill tank to the batch tank. A second pump delivers fluid from the batch tank to a receiving tank.

Drain valve

The present application discloses a drain valve, comprising a valve body, a valve seat, and an overflow pipe. The valve seat includes a drainage channel. The overflow pipe includes a blocking element and a flow rate regulator. When the overflow pipe is in a raised state, the blocking element leaves a channel water inlet, the flow rate regulator is partially or completely located above the channel water inlet, and a water flow channel is formed between the flow rate regulator and the channel water inlet. An amount of water entering the drainage channel from the channel water inlet in unit time can be defined by the flow rate regulator, and thus a drainage flow rate can be controlled. If a user needs to change the drainage flow rate, the user only replaces different types of flow rate regulators, without replacing the whole drain valve to save costs.

Quick water discharging device of toilet tank

A quick water discharging device of a toilet tank, including a water discharging structure including a main pipe and an overflow manifold communicating with an inner space of the main pipe; and a water stoppage structure including a rubber valve seat located at an end of the main pipe, and a water stoppage valve pivotally connected to the overflow manifold and fitted with the rubber valve seat. The main pipe includes a pipe body, the inclined surface, and a communication hole communicating with the overflow manifold. The rubber valve seat includes a seat body, an opening communicating with the main pipe, and at least one baffle extending from the seat body to the main pipe. The baffle is close to an inner wall of the main pipe, faces the communication hole, and covers at least 50% of an area of the communication hole.

TOILET WITH OVERFLOW PROTECTION

A flush toilet includes a bowl, a tank coupled to the bowl, a flush valve positioned within the tank, and a flush device configured to initiate a flush cycle. The automatic toilet further comprises an electronic sensing assembly having a sensing member positioned on the bowl for detecting an overflow condition of the bowl, an overflow device operably coupled to the flush device, and a controller in electronic communication with the electronic sensing assembly and the overflow device for controlling the flush device in response to a condition of the toilet.
