Lavatory treatment device

Lavatory treatment devices comprise a lavatory treatment composition which includes: up to 50% wt. of an adhesion promoter constituent based on a fatty alcohol polyglycol ether as may be represented by the following structural formula (I):
ROprivate use character BrketopenstCH.sub.2CH.sub.2Oprivate use character Brketclosest.sub.nH(I)
within which, R is an C.sub.12-C.sub.24 aliphatic mono- or poly-alkene moiety, and n has a value of from 1 to 50; 0.01-25% wt. of an organic solvent constituent, which is liquid at room temperature (20 C.); 0.1-25% wt. of a detersive surfactant constituent; optionally a co-adhesion promoter constituent, preferably based on one or more oxyalkylenated compounds; further optionally one or more further optional constituents which may impart a further aesthetic or technical benefit to the said lavatory treatment compositions; and, to 100% wt. of water. Preferably the lavatory treatment compositions of the lavatory treatment devices are ringing gels.

Self-adhesive lavatory treatment compositions

Self-adhesive lavatory treatment compositions comprise an adhesion promoter based on a fatty alcohol polyglycol ether as may be represented by the following structural formula (I):
ROprivate use character BrketopenstCH.sub.2CH.sub.2Oprivate use character Brketclosest.sub.nH(I)
within which, R is an C.sub.12-C.sub.24 aliphatic mono- or poly-alkene moiety, and n has a value of from 1 to 50, an organic solvent constituent, a surfactant, and water.

Toilet balls with flushing water distributor

Toilet basket (1) for receiving solid or gelled preparations having at least one container (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) for receiving at least one preparation (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d), the container (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) positionable below the toilet rim so that flushing water can flow over it when the toilet is flushed, and at least one inlet opening (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) and one outlet opening (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) shaped in the container wall (7) for the flushing water; a holder (2) for mounting the toilet basket (1) on the bowl rim; a flushing water distributing element (8) arranged and configured on the toilet basket (1) so that the flushing water distributing element (8) is impinged upon by flushing water upon flushing, and an equalized delivery of flushing water into the inlet opening (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) of the container (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) is produced.

Device for dispensing a plurality of flowable materials

A dispenser for flowable materials includes a tube having a tube interior cavity, an open proximal end, and a distal end having a dispensing orifice. A dividing wall extends along the tube interior cavity and divides the tube into a plurality of chambers. A first flowable material is positioned in a first of the chambers. At least one additional flowable material is positioned in another of the chambers. Each of a plurality of pistons is seated in a proximal end of one of the chambers. A handle includes a plurality of pusher bars, with each pusher bar engaging one of the pistons. When one of the handle and the tube is received in the other of the handle and the tube, the handle and tube move coaxially with respect to one another, and the pistons force the flowable materials from each of the chambers out of the dispensing orifice.

System and methods for storing and dispensing a flowable material

A system for applying a flowable material to a surface that includes an applicator and a storage pod is disclosed. The storage pod may have a housing and a lid that engage each other to form an interior cavity that contains a flowable material. The applicator receives the storage pod and has a pusher mechanism to apply a force to the housing causing the housing to collapse. As the housing collapses, the flowable material is expelled from the storage pod. The applicator may be a reusable applicator where the storage pods can be used and reloaded, or a single use disposable applicator.

Sanitary agent in gel form for preventing biofilms

A system having a WC basket that has at least one chamber, wherein: a self-adhesive sanitary agent in gel form is present in the chamber of the WC basket and adheres to the chamber sleeve; the chamber sleeve is completely closed on at least one side, and the agent adheres to the completely closed side of the chamber sleeve; the sanitary agent has at least one non-ionic adhesion promoter; the non-ionic adhesion promoter has at least one hydrophobic functional group and also includes a hydrophilic group; and the agent is acidic.
