SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING AND REUSING GRAYWATER
The present disclosure provides a system for recovering and reusing graywater generated from at least one graywater source in a building. The system includes a controller configured to control recovery and reuse of the graywater; a graywater recovery device communicably coupled to the controller and configured to recover the graywater from the graywater source of the building; and a graywater distributor communicably coupled to the controller, connected to the graywater recovery device, and configured to distribute the recovered graywater to at least one target position in the building for reuse, wherein the controller controls the graywater recovery device to deliver the graywater to the graywater distributor according to a control signal sent by a user, and the controller controls the graywater distributor to deliver the graywater to a target position designated by the user for reuse according to a control signal sent by the user.
COMBINED SHOWER AND TOILET
A combined shower and toilet arrangement 10 comprises a shower, comprising: a shower fluid outputting arrangement 12; and a shower floor 14; and: a toilet 16, comprising a receiving area 19 for receiving human waste; wherein the combined shower and toilet arrangement is operable in a shower use mode or a toilet use mode, wherein, in the toilet use mode, the shower floor is in a position that does not obstruct use of the toilet, and is in a non-use position, not usable as a floor for the shower; and in the shower use mode, the shower floor 14 is in a shower use position, above a portion or a whole of the receiving area of the toilet 16, and is usable as a floor for the shower.
Automated Urinary Output Measuring System
Disclosed herein is an automated urinary output measuring system. The automated urinary output measuring system includes an automated urinary output measuring device configured to be suspended from a rim of a sanitary hardware device and receive a volume of voided urine. The automated urinary output measuring device can include a receiving trough having an opening, a door configured to cover the opening in a fluid tight seal, the door coupled to the receiving trough by a hinge, and a lip extending from the receiving trough configured to detachably couple the automated urinary output measuring device to the sanitary hardware device. The system can further include an ultrasonic measuring system having a console coupled to one or more ultrasonic sensors, and a flushing mechanism coupled to the sanitary hardware device.
Various Ecological Compression Flushable Portable Commodespotable Commodes
Multiple apparatuses for flushing portable commodes into a conventional toilet bowl, including a push button fully automated unit that operates by a rechargeable battery. The portable commode is comprised of a waste receiving container and associated housing structure which is adapted to be seated on top of a conventional toilet. The waste container is rotated around 150 degrees and water from the interior of the toilet bowl is forcefully discharge when flushing the portable commode's waste container with electro-mechanical power to guarantee excellent cleaning. Sanitation is adapted to ensure hygienic security.
Self-cleaning toilet, particularly for use as a urinal
A self-cleaning toilet has a lower cup-shaped body delimiting an emptying opening connected to a draining pipe, and a filling opening, opposite to the emptying opening and facing a user of the self-cleaning toilet. The lower cup-shaped body has at least one side wall delimiting, with an upper edge thereof, at least one portion of the filling opening, and delimiting at least partially a gap interposed between an inner surface and an outer surface, the gap forming, with the at least one side wall a first basin adapted to contain a volume of fluid. The first basin leads to both the inner surface and the outer surface and is connected to a fluid supply duct adapted to convey a volume of cleaning fluid into the first basin so that when the cleaning fluid received in the first basin overflows, it cleans both the inner and outer surfaces.
Convertible aircraft toilet
To reduce the bulk of an aircraft toilet which includes a toilet bowl and a washbasin, the washbasin is movably mounted in the toilet to be able to adopt at least two distinct positions relative to the toilet bowl, including a retracted position adopted to bring the toilet into a configuration of use of the bowl, and a deployed position adopted to bring the toilet into a washbasin configuration, a position in which the washbasin is arranged above the bowl.
Combination Toilet and Urinal
A combination toilet and urinal device. The device includes a tank having a toilet chamber configured to house flushing water with the toilet chamber in fluid communication with a toilet bowl through a toilet chamber discharge port. The tank further includes a urinal chamber that is separated from the toilet chamber. The urinal chamber includes a urinal chamber inlet extending through an exterior surface of the tank for receiving urine in the urinal chamber and delivering the urine to a urinal chamber collection pipe without delivering the urine to the toilet bowl. The device further includes a flushing system configured to flush both the toilet bowl and the urinal chamber collection pipe through the same toilet bowl outlet pipe. Thus, the device is designed to help conserve water by allowing a user to use the urinal feature between toilet uses without flushing.
Portable body waste collection and sanitation system
The disclosure relates to a portable waste collection and sanitation system designed to handle liquid and solid waste, and while conserving water and minimizing odors. The sanitation system is also designed with modular components adapted for in-home installation, where the system can be quickly disassembled and relocated as needed, such as for moving the components to a new location based on environmental conditions.
Toilet-Type Device
Toilet like device, which saves water through the separation of solid and liquid depositions, in a hygienic, comfortable, simple, autonomous and aesthetic manner. It's composed by a main toilet body, which has an open space within itself, connected to the main toilet bowl, a space which is open in its front and superior sides. This space works as a water and urine recipient, the water and urine come from the urinal, which at the same time works as a drainage for urine and water. This space also works as a liquid recipient when the urinal is in vertical position, since it is very likely that, after a liquid deposition, the urinal needs to be raised towards a vertical position, for various different reasons. Any liquid remaining in the urinal falls into this space, without going into the rest toilet body, and much less onto the user.
Device for sanitary drainage of an ostomy pouch
A device for the sanitary drainage of the contents of an ostomy pouch into a waste receptacle (e.g., toilet) is provided. The device includes a base; an extendible shaft coupled to the base; a body that receives the ostomy pouch while it is attached to a patient and directs the contents of the pouch into a chute; a pivoting mechanism that couples the body to the shaft to adjust the angle there between; and a chute coupled to the body that directs the contents of the ostomy pouch into the waste receptacle. The device and the adjustability that it provides offers patients, particularly mobile patients, the ability to sanitarily and ergonomically empty their ostomy pouches into a waste receptacle, such as a toilet, while in a standing position.
