Provided are methods for drying and sterilizing cannabis plant material comprising providing feed cannabis plant material having a water content of M0, wherein M0 is greater than 45%; partially drying the feed cannabis plant material to form a partially dried cannabis plant material having a water content of M1, wherein M1 is in the range of between 12% wt and 40% wt; sterilizing the partially dried cannabis plant material to form sterilized partially dried cannabis plant material having a water content of M3; and when said M3 is less than 8% wt or greater than 16% wt, adjusting said M3 to provide a water content of M2, wherein said M2 is between 8% wt and 16% wt. Further provided are methods and systems for drying of cannabis plant material.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING POST-HARVEST PLANT
Provided is a method of treating a post-harvest plant after harvest, the method including: irradiating a harvested plant with light having a peak wavelength in a wavelength range from 270 to 290 nm and/or light having a peak wavelength in a wavelength range from 370 to 400 nm at an irradiance effective to increase an amount of at least one rare cannabinoid compound and/or at least one terpene compound in the harvested plant, wherein an irradiance of light of all wavelengths in a wavelength range from 410 to 700 nm received by the harvested plant during the irradiation is less than 20% of the irradiance of the light having a peak wavelength in the wavelength range from 270 to 290 nm and/or less than 20% of the irradiance of the light having a peak wavelength in the wavelength range from 370 to 400 nm.

A freeze-dried nipa palm powder obtainted by mixing (75-100) part of a sap of inflorescence stalk with (0-25) part other ingredients, then freezing said sap of inflorescence stalk with said other ingredients in frozen molds using an individual quick freezer (IQF) at temperature from −25° C. to −29° C. to obtain frozen sap of inflorescence stalk blocks, and freeze drying frozen sap of inflorescence stalk molds at a pressure of 7.8948×10.sup.−4−1.3158×10.sup.−3 atm for 48 hours.
