FLUSH TOILET
A flush toilet includes a bowl part, a drainage water trap part that is connected to a bottom part thereof, and a water drainage socket that is connected thereto and includes a back side R part that changes a flow channel so that washing water flowing from an upper side is directed to a front side, a front side R part that is provided on a downstream side of the back side R part and changes a flow channel so that washing water flowing from a back side is directed to a lower side, a water storage part that stores a part of washing water on a flow channel from the back side R part to the front side R part, and a throttle part that is provided on a downstream side of the front side R part and decreases a cross-sectional area of a flow channel thereof.

A flush toilet includes a bowl part, a drainage water trap part that is connected to a bottom part of the bowl part, and a water drainage socket that is connected to the drainage water trap part and includes an upper side water drainage socket that extends downward from the drainage water trap part, a back side R part that is connected to the upper side water drainage socket and changes a flow channel so that a washing water that flows from an upper side is directed to a front side, and a horizontal pipe that extends forward from the back side R part. The back side R part and the horizontal pipe include a water storage part that stores a part of washing water. The water storage part is arranged on a lower side of a back side lower end part of the drainage water trap part.

A flush toilet includes a bowl part, a drainage water trap part that is connected to a bottom part of the bowl part, and a water drainage socket that is connected to the drainage water trap part and includes an upper side water drainage socket that extends downward from the drainage water trap part, a back side R part that is connected to the upper side water drainage socket and changes a flow channel so that a washing water that flows from an upper side is directed to a front side, and a horizontal pipe that extends forward from the back side R part. The back side R part and the horizontal pipe include a water storage part that stores a part of washing water. The water storage part is arranged on a lower side of a back side lower end part of the drainage water trap part.
ANCHOR BOLT SYSTEM FOR TOILET AND METHOD OF MOUNTING A TOILET USING THE SYSTEM
The combination of: a closet collar having a flange; an anchor bolt having a head portion and an elongate shank with an axis and configured to be operatively connected to the closet collar; a cap support assembly that is engageable with the anchor bolt elongate shank adjacent a free end region thereof; and a cap. Cooperating components on the cap and cap support assembly are engageable to maintain the cap in assembled relationship with the cap support assembly, wherein the cap cannot be separated from the cap support assembly by exerting a force upon the cap along the axis of the elongate shank.
ANCHOR BOLT SYSTEM FOR TOILET AND METHOD OF MOUNTING A TOILET USING THE SYSTEM
The combination of: a closet collar having a flange; an anchor bolt having a head portion and an elongate shank with an axis and configured to be operatively connected to the closet collar; a cap support assembly that is engageable with the anchor bolt elongate shank adjacent a free end region thereof; and a cap. Cooperating components on the cap and cap support assembly are engageable to maintain the cap in assembled relationship with the cap support assembly, wherein the cap cannot be separated from the cap support assembly by exerting a force upon the cap along the axis of the elongate shank.
METHOD OF MOUNTING A TOILET AND SEALING ASSEMBLY USED IN PERFORMING THE METHOD
A method of mounting a toilet using a closet collar having an upper surface transitioning to an annular surface portion at an outside annular corner, including the steps of: obtaining a sealing assembly including a sleeve having a body with: a) a top and bottom spaced from each other in an axial direction; b) a radially outwardly projecting mounting flange with an axially downwardly facing surface; c) a top horn engaging region; and d) an annular force transmission region; placing the sleeve in a starting position; lowering the toilet towards the support surface to thereby cause: a) the toilet horn to initially contact the horn engaging region of the sleeve body; b) the toilet to progressively axially compress the force transmission region of the sleeve body; and c) the compressing force transmission region to cause a part of the radially projecting mounting flange to be drawn downwardly as an incident of which an annular region of the axially downwardly facing surface on the radially outwardly projecting mounting flange is forcibly wrapped against the outside corner on the closet collar.
METHOD OF MOUNTING A TOILET AND SEALING ASSEMBLY USED IN PERFORMING THE METHOD
A method of mounting a toilet using a closet collar having an upper surface transitioning to an annular surface portion at an outside annular corner, including the steps of: obtaining a sealing assembly including a sleeve having a body with: a) a top and bottom spaced from each other in an axial direction; b) a radially outwardly projecting mounting flange with an axially downwardly facing surface; c) a top horn engaging region; and d) an annular force transmission region; placing the sleeve in a starting position; lowering the toilet towards the support surface to thereby cause: a) the toilet horn to initially contact the horn engaging region of the sleeve body; b) the toilet to progressively axially compress the force transmission region of the sleeve body; and c) the compressing force transmission region to cause a part of the radially projecting mounting flange to be drawn downwardly as an incident of which an annular region of the axially downwardly facing surface on the radially outwardly projecting mounting flange is forcibly wrapped against the outside corner on the closet collar.
ODOR ELIMINATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A TOILET
Odoriferous gases are drawn from a toilet bowl into a passage of a valve assembly, by a fan. When filled with water, a trap downstream of the fan blocks flow of gases through the passage. Downstream of the trap, the passage is fluidly coupled to a sewer drain. During evacuation, water is drained from the trap into a fluidly coupled reservoir. After evacuation, water is displaced from the reservoir. The displaced water flows back into the trap. A portion of flush water is diverted to maintain the water level in the trap.
ODOR ELIMINATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A TOILET
Odoriferous gases are drawn from a toilet bowl into a passage of a valve assembly, by a fan. When filled with water, a trap downstream of the fan blocks flow of gases through the passage. Downstream of the trap, the passage is fluidly coupled to a sewer drain. During evacuation, water is drained from the trap into a fluidly coupled reservoir. After evacuation, water is displaced from the reservoir. The displaced water flows back into the trap. A portion of flush water is diverted to maintain the water level in the trap.
Universal height absorbing toilet seal
A toilet seal for sealing between a plumbing fixture discharge and a waste drainpipe outlet is described. The toilet seal comprises a flange member having an inwardly extending flexible lip. A flexible sleeve extends downwardly from the flange member. The toilet seal further includes a compressible member having an upper surface disposed adjacent to a lower surface of the flange member. The compressible member further has a lower surface and a plurality of ridges extend downwardly from the lower surface of the compressible member.
