Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating the installation of a toilet over a closet collar for a drain pipe. According to various embodiments, a toilet seal assembly is positioned between the toilet and the closet collar, providing a seal between the toilet and the flange of the closet collar. The toilet seal assembly may include a flexible rubber seal and a compressible foam seal ring. The flexible rubber seal may include an annular wall, an upper ring that extends radially inward from the annular wall, and a lower ring that extends radially outward from the annular wall. The compressible foam seal ring may be disposed on the lower ring of the flexible rubber seal.

Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating the installation of a toilet over a closet collar for a drain pipe. The mounting plate is configured to be coupled to the pedestal and includes an opening aligned with the opening of the pedestal. The nut holds the mounting plate against the bottom surface of the bottom wall and includes a rounded portion. The gasket is disposed about the opening of the pedestal and along the top surface of the pedestal and includes a concave surface that is configured for receiving the rounded portion of the nut.

A toilet includes a tank, a pedestal, and a mounting assembly. The tank includes a bottom wall. The bottom wall includes an opening and a bottom surface. The pedestal includes an opening and a top surface. The opening of the pedestal is aligned with the opening of the bottom wall. The mounting assembly includes a mounting plate, a nut, and a gasket. The mounting plate is configured to be coupled to the pedestal and includes an opening aligned with the opening of the pedestal. The nut holds the mounting plate against the bottom surface of the bottom wall and includes a rounded portion. The gasket is disposed about the opening of the pedestal and along the top surface of the pedestal and includes a concave surface that is configured for receiving the rounded portion of the nut.

A toilet that includes a tank; a bowl; a mounting bracket comprising a base and three mounting locations; a valve having a valve body extending through the tank and an opening in the mounting bracket; a valve nut coupled to the valve body with the base of the mounting bracket retained between the tank and the valve nut; a flexible gasket disposed around the valve nut between the mounting bracket and the bowl; and three fasteners disposed externally to the tank, wherein each fastener extends through one mounting location and a hole in the bowl to couple the mounting bracket to the bowl; where the three mounting locations are arranged to provide both a pitch adjustment and a roll adjustment of the tank relative to the bowl about respective first and second axes in response to adjustment of one or more of the three fasteners.

A toilet sealing ring and boot is disclosed herein. The toilet sealing ring and boot includes a toilet flange adapter comprising a rubber flange ring, seal, or gasket and a rubber boot or sleeve for connecting the toilet to the sewer system pipes. The toilet sealing ring and boot is configured to replace the existing wax ring on traditional toilets. The existing wax ring on existing toilets break down easily and do not provide optimal protection against leaks. Furthermore, the toilet sealing ring includes a boot assembly with a ring assembly mounted to its top end. The ring assembly may be made out of rubber and includes a memory foam material. The memory foam material aids the toilet sealing ring and boot to be mounted onto any toilet.

The flushing pipe can be connected to a flushing water line which is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on site The outflow pipe can be connected to a waste water line which is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on site, and can be connected to a waste water outflow which is arranged on the toilet bowl side.
