A floor sink configured to be installed in a support surface includes a body including a first end, and a second end opposite the first end and configured to receive a pipe. The floor sink further includes a cavity extending through the body, and a flange coupled to the first end of the body and extending away from the cavity. The flange is configured to engage the support surface.

ELEVATOR TRENCH DRAIN

A trench drain includes a trench, a grating seat and a grating hingedly connected to the trench. The trench has a base wall with peripheral side walls extending upwardly therefrom and an outwardly-extending peripheral flange. The grating seat is configured to receive the grating. The peripheral side walls of the trench have a pair of opposing elongated slots formed therein and the grating has a pair of posts on opposing ends thereof. Each of the pair of posts on the grating are received in a respective one of the pair of opposing elongated slots of the trench to establish an axis of rotation.

MODULAR DRAIN ASSEMBLY FOR POD CONSTRUCTED ROOM

A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.

JOINT DEVICE FOR DRAIN PIPES
20220136226 · 2022-05-05 ·

A joint device for drain pipes comprises a structural tube made of a rigid material and providing structural integrity to the joint device. The structural tube defines at least part of a drain passage of the joint device, a bottom portion of the structural tube having diametrical dimensions for complementary sealing engagement with a pipe of a drain network. An annular seal of resilient sealing material is integrally connected to an upper portion of the structural tube to define at least an inner surface of a portion of the drain passage of the joint device, the annular seal having inner diametrical dimensions for sealing engagement with a tailpiece slid downwardly into engagement with the joint device.

MONOLITHIC DRAIN, TOOLING, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A monolithic drain body including a base wall defining an outlet and a periphery, a side wall extending from the periphery of the base wall to produce an open end opposite the base wall, and a ledge formed into the side wall and extending inwardly therefrom to at least partially enclose a first volume between the ledge, the side wall, and the base wall.

Apparatus and method for a cycle siphon using a float operated magnetically controlling pivoting float valve for minimizing the build-up of gases
11725377 · 2023-08-15 ·

An apparatus and method for an intake-end siphon flow regulator that allows for continuous operation in container liquids with entrained gases. A float actuated valve opens and closes as needed so that the siphon draws in container liquid. The float valve mechanism uses magnets that provide for a continuous valve cycling. This cycling overcomes gas build up that typically causes the siphon to fail. By disallowing extended periods of relatively low flow and pressure, the siphon builds up less gas bubbles that obstruct siphon operation. When the liquid rises enough, the float's buoyancy overcomes the magnetic attraction and the valve completely opens. The highest flow possible occurs and washes gases downstream. As the container liquid draws down, the magnets draw closer and when their magnetic fields interact, the magnets are drawn together, completely closing the valve. As liquid again enters the container, the aforementioned cycle repeats.

A drain assembly includes a drain body, barrel, plug, and gasket. The drain body has an interior surface defining a channel along an axis and having interior threads thereon. The barrel has a central body having an upper end, with a flange extending radially outward therefrom and defining a landing surface. The central body has opposed exterior and interior barrel surfaces having exterior and interior threads, respectively. The interior barrel surface defines a channel alignable with the axis. The exterior threads are engageable with the drain body interior threads for axially adjusting the barrel relative to the drain body. The plug has a top wall and an outer body extending axially downward therefrom to a stop surface. A portion of the outer body extends axially below the stop surface and has external threads engageable with the barrel interior threads. The gasket is sealingly receivable between the stop and landing surfaces.
