Filter media insert structures and methods of installation
Structures for housing a filtration media for the removal and/or solidifying of synthetic ester-based fluids from liquids are provided. The structures disclosed include: a stormwater insert container for installation within a storm drain designed for intake of high volumes of water; an angling filter plug mounting structure and pre-filter basket for a flush installation on a planar floor, such that the filtration media rests beneath the floor and releases filtered liquids into a drainage area; a trench filtration assembly for installation into a trench below surface level, such that the unfiltered liquid passes through the trench and a trench box disposed within the trench filtration assembly prior to passing through the filtration media into a drainage area; and a liner box assembly for installation over an opening made in a non-permeable liner for purposes of pre-filtering contaminated liquids as it flows through the liner box and subsequently the filtration media.
Storm drain system with scannable coding for uploading data
A system for monitoring the conditions of a plurality of storm drains, comprising the steps of installing scannable codes at or near storm drains, using computerized devices with scanning capabilities to scan said codes, processing the scanned code through a computer application in computerized devices and processing user's added information describing the conditions of said storm drains, uploading the scanned code along with the user's added information to a server through a computer network computer application in said computerized device and processing the scanned code to match the information stored in said server and storing information and making it available to user via different output media. Processing the information to anticipate the needs of the storm drains.
FLOOR DRAIN
A central position of a water storage tank is provided with a drain opening; a water return bowl is in a short box shape, and is made of silicone; the bottom end of a skirt of the water return bowl is in direct contact with a bottom plane of the water storage tank to form a closed surface; a top plane of the water return bowl can attach to a grate, and the skirt of the water return bowl can be folded inwardly to form a curved flaky structure under drainage pressure; drain holes of the grate are provided on the edge of the water storage tank. Supports for supporting the grate are provided in the water storage tank. A gas buffer device is provided on the top surface of the flat-top water return bowl.
Drain Assembly And Method Of Installation
A drain assembly comprises a drain pan, a trim member, and a drain cover. The drain pan has a base and a pan sidewall, and the trim member has a trim sidewall. The pan sidewall, at least a portion of the upper surface of the base, and the trim sidewall define a drain channel therebetween. The drain cover defines a plurality of apertures and is positionable above the drain pan. The trim member is configured to transition between a first position and a second position. In the first position of the trim member, the drain channel has a first width that extends in a transverse direction. In the second position of the trim member, the drain channel has a second width that extends in the transverse direction. The first width is different than the second width.
Drain cover
The present invention relates to a cover for a drain which traps hair or other debris traveling with water or other liquids down the drain. In most embodiments the drain cover comprises an outer and inner perimeter with one or more slits cut from the outer perimeter towards the inner perimeter. The shape and design of the drain cover allows it to cover any drain type, whether the grate is level with the bottom of the receptacle, recessed into the bottom of the receptacle, or whether a stopper sticks up from the bottom of the receptacle. In many embodiments the drain cover also comprises gaps for allowing water to flow through and projections for catching the hair or other debris.
COVER ASSEMBLY AND METHODS
Systems and methods of installing a fixture into a material are provided. The fixture includes a body and a cover assembly that is removably coupled to the body and configured to move relative to the body once the body has been secured within the material. The cover assembly includes a movable component configured to aid removal of the cover assembly.
Drain Assemblies, And Related Kits And Methods
A drain assembly includes a drain body, barrel, plug, and sleeve. The drain body has an interior surface defining a channel along an axis and having interior threads thereon. The barrel has a central body having an upper end, with a flange extending radially outward therefrom and defining a landing surface. The central body has opposed exterior and interior barrel surfaces having exterior and interior threads, respectively. The interior barrel surface defines a channel alignable with the axis. The exterior threads are engageable with the drain body interior threads for axially adjusting the barrel relative to the drain body. The plug has a top surface and an outer body extending axially downward to a stop surface. An inner portion of the outer body extends axially below the stop surface and has external threads engageable with the barrel interior threads. The sleeve is sealingly receivable between the stop and landing surfaces.
ADJUSTABLE FLOOR DRAIN AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION
A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface. A rotational orientation of the angled top surface of the shim relative to the shank and a rotational orientation of the angled bottom surface of the frame relative to the shank may be independently adjustable, thereby allowing for the top surface of the frame to be both angularly and rotationally adjusted relative to a central axis of the drain assembly independent of the positional height of the shank. The drain assembly may further comprise a cover having bendable tabs. The bendable tabs may be disposed around a periphery of the cover and may be configured to contact an angled inner surface of an upper bowl of the shroud, such that the bendable tabs bend around the frame, thereby locking the cover onto the frame.
Apparatus for preventing offensive odors for drain port
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for preventing offensive odors for a drain port, the apparatus including: a plate that is formed in a plate shape so that it can be stably attached to the upper part of a drain manhole, and has a through hole formed in the center; a drain pipe that is connected to the through hole in the lower direction of the plate, is bent laterally from the lower direction, and has a shape in which an end is cut diagonally; and a shielding film that is connected by a hinge to the end of the drain pipe, is opened by rainwater or sewage discharged from the drain pipe, or is closed by a load. With such a configuration, a drain pipe is formed to guide rainwater, and a shielding film that is opened by rainwater or closed by a load is provided at the end part of the drain pipe, thereby preventing offensive odors generated from the drain port and also preventing insects from flowing into the drain port.
Locking element
The invention relates to a locking element (11) for securing a grate (3). The locking element (11) comprises a spring element (113) kept between a cover element (111a) and a spring support element (117). The spring support element (117) is displaceable relative to the cover element (111a) by means of an actuating element (115). The displacement of the spring support element (117) causes a movement of at least one of the ends (113a, 113b) of the spring element (113) relative to the cover element (111a).
