METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT
A method, a system and an apparatus for wastewater treatment using a combination of separation of fat, oil and grease (FOG) and biological treatment for reducing the amount of fat, oil and grease (FOG) in wastewater with the aid of a liquid culture of microorganisms is provided. In particular, the technology disclosed relates to a method and process for the separation and treatment of FOG, as well as a container tank and an outlet pipe construction adapted for improving the gravimetric FOG separation process and the breaking down of FOG using microorganisms.
Variable Flow Adjuster for Grease Separator
A grease or oil separator system that includes a grease interceptor body with a variable flow control assembly. The grease interceptor system is a large tank with an inlet for wastewater and a downstream outlet for passing the wastewater minus separated grease and oil into a sewer system. Inside the tank, the grease floats to the top so that it can be removed through an opening in the top wall that provides an access port for clean out. The pickup for the outlet is located toward the bottom of the tank near the bottom wall so that only water separated from the grease flows into the sewer system. The variable flow control assembly varies the size of an opening in a conduit inside the interceptor body. Varying the size of the opening controls the flow from the inlet into the tank.

Apparatus and method for collection and disposal of fats, oil and grease
An apparatus for collection and disposal of fats, oil and grease that includes a fabric container having at least one open end, a biogradable material capable of absorbing a large quantity of fats, oil and grease positioned in the container through the open end, the container and biogradable material adapted for being placed in a source of fats, oil and/or grease for absorbing the Pats, oil and/or grease for removal from the source and for transport to a location for processing.

Clarifier with independent sump scraper drive
An improved clarifier tank having a rake arm assembly with one or more rake arms, a rake arm driveshaft operatively connected to the rake arms and a rake arm drive, and a sump scraper driveshaft, operatively connected to a plurality of sump scrapers and a sump scraper drive.
Diffuser baffle for grease interceptor
A diffuser baffle for use in an in-line wastewater grease interceptor. The diffuser baffle lies within a grease collecting chamber between the inflow and outflow of a grease interceptor. The diffuser baffle has an open bottom which is sized and shaped respectively to fit into the grease collecting chamber. The diffuser baffle has an end operatively connected to the inflow opening to permit wastewater to flow into the body through the open bottom. The baffle has a downstream end which includes a deflector portion to deflect a wastewater stream in a direction generally into the grease collecting chamber. The body also includes a number of apertures to permit the deflected wastewater stream to pass through the baffle and into the grease collecting chamber, where FOG will separate before waste water exits the chamber through the outlet baffle.

Flow control cartridge
A conduit assembly for a separation device is described herein. The conduit assembly includes a first conduit segment, a second conduit segment, and a removable flow control insert or cartridge, which may be easily installed and uninstalled without removing other components of the conduit assembly from the separation device. The flow control insert may be installed within a top opening of the second conduit segment and includes a projection that extends into the conduit assembly and obstructs or restricts fluid flow at the juncture between the first and second conduit segments.
