Modular assembly shelter kits and methods
In one embodiment, a modular assembly shelter kit is provided for rapid deployment in a remote location. The shelter kit includes headers, footers, upper horizontal beams, lower horizontal beams, roof, floor, and wall panels, and vertical support columns. The horizontal beams have notched hooks which form cross joints when engaged with notched hooks of adjacent horizontal beams. The cross joints can be placed against the headers or footers, and caged into position by prongs of the vertical support columns. The horizontal beams can also include grooves for holding interior and exterior wall panels, and interior ledges for holding roof and floor panels. Unique geometrically designed components deployed military or humanitarian responders with the ability to quickly manufacture and install such shelters in a wide variety of environments.
Method for constructing buildings having a reticular structure and building constructed using said method
The invention relates to a method for constructing buildings having a reticular structure and to a building constructed using said method. The method comprises the steps of: erecting a set of columns (1, 2, 3, 4) that form the vertical supporting structure, on foundations or piles; arranging, in a lower zone of the structure (100), a heap (5) with fully constructed floor modules (6) inside the space defined by the columns (1, 2, 3, 4) and in the same vertical order as the definitive order planned for each of the floor modules of the structure (100) forming the building; raising the floor modules (6) by means of elevators, to place same in their definitive positions at corresponding heights; and joining the floor modules (6) to the columns (1, 2, 3, 4) by means of screwing, welding, riveting or an equivalent system.
BUILDING
A building including a vertical part; a horizontal part; and a connecting part arranged to connect the vertical part with the horizontal part. The vertical part comprises at least one vertical module, the at least one vertical module being one of an elevator module, an escalator module, a stairs module, a heat-ventilation-air conditioning module, a water system module, an illumination module.
HORIZONTAL SELF-SUPPORTING FORMWORK BUILDING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to components and methods for a modular building system, used as mid-rise residential and office building, to pre-fabricate and assemble the system quickly, easily and simply. More particularly, it relates to a building temporal self-supporting panel system invention that includes formwork, structural rebars and insulated panels for the purpose of wall, floor and roof. The panel system is composed of a number of layers and a temporal-structural frame, integrating all constructive elements needed: temporal structural capacity, thermal and acoustical insulation, impermeability and pre-installations; designed considering operation, function, fabrication and assembling.
URBAN FOREST HIGH-RISE VILLA
The present disclosure provides an urban forest high-rise villa, which includes: outdoor garden courtyards. The outdoor garden courtyards include: lower outdoor garden courtyards and upper outdoor garden courtyards. The lower outdoor garden courtyard and the upper outdoor garden courtyard of the upper floor located immediately above the lower outdoor garden courtyard are arranged in different oration or in a staggered manner, the lower outdoor garden courtyard and the upper outdoor garden courtyard are each of a height identical to a two-story height of the urban forest high-rise villa. The floor located immediately above a window of a main room (such as living room, bedroom) and the floors located immediately above a window of a main room (such as living room, main bedroom) are not arranged with outdoor garden courtyards, to achieve direct lighting in the main room.
Wheeled Assembly for Item Transport
A transport assembly for a shipping module which has a chassis; a towing element secured to the chassis; two opposed wheels mounted on the chassis; a support assembly secured to the chassis and configured to be positioned in a mating relationship with a shipping module proximate to a lower transverse edge of the shipping module; means for removably securing the support assembly to a shipping module; and a displacement actuator secured between the chassis and the cradle, said displacement actuator for varying the ground clearance of a shipping module when secured to the support assembly.
Customizable Transportable Structures and Components Therefor
A wall component and other components for a building structure wherein the wall component has a spanning beam spanning the length of the wall component, one or more structural column assemblies positioned between the spanning beam and a floor plate which are structured to carry structural weights and loads received from the spanning beam. The structural column assemblies are separated by a longitudinal distance so as to define an intercolumnar region which is greater than a width of a member selected from the group consisting of a door assembly and a window assembly, and there is an exterior panel fastened between the first and second structural column assemblies that defines a generally continuous and uninterrupted planar surface over the intercolumnar region.
MODULAR BUILDING SYSTEM
A building system including a frame that includes multiple columns and multiple bottom supports. Each of the bottom supports may be coupled to at least one of the multiple columns and each may include a flange extending into the frame. The frame may also include a trim plate pair including two parallel trim plates. The building system may include multiple floor panels and multiple wall panels. Each of the floor panels may include a first floor panel edge and a second floor panel edge that are each configured to span between the flanges the bottom supports. Each of the multiple wall panels may include a first end configured to rest between the two parallel trim plates of the trim plate pair and the first end of at least one of the plurality of wall panels may be in direct contact with at least one of the plurality of floor panels.
