Constructive assembly for building walls
10352042 · 2019-07-16 · ·

The present invention relates to a constructive assembly for building walls which allow forming wall coverings. Examples of coverings that can be formed with the present invention are faades, party walls and partition walls. The constructive assembly is characterized by being formed by a plurality of cables intended for being arranged under stress in the vertical position, and a plurality of blocks having coupling means for coupling them to cables such that integral joining is assured, forming the wall. Walls thus formed do not require the use of mortar or the need to be built by skilled labor, making it possible to build reformed or new exposed wall faces more easily and in a cleaner and faster manner and, in the case of thin material (tiles), with the certainty that such material will not become detached.

Multi-function ecological exterior wall and preparation method therefor

The disclosure discloses a method for preparing a multifunctional ecological exterior wall, including: preparing a ceramic board of a ceramic thermal insulation waterproof layer; preparing a ceramic sound-absorbing board of a sound-absorbing layer; and installing a ecological exterior wall: leveling a surface of the wall of a building with cement slurry, and applying a cement bonding layer thereon; laying the ceramic thermal insulation waterproof board on the cement bonding layer, and applying the cement bonding layer on the ceramic board; laying the ceramic sound-absorbing board on the cement bonding layer and reserving a gap used to place a pipe; driving the screw-thread steel bolt from the surface of the ceramic sound-absorbing board into the wall obliquely; installing and fixing the pipe in the gap, which is reserved at the upper of the ceramic sound-absorbing board; planting a green plant on the surface of the ceramic board of the sound-absorbing layer.

Multidirectional aluminum extrusion connection device

A multidirectional aluminum extrusion connection device includes a direction-change coupling member having two ends respectively forming first and second coupling sections arranged in an angularly-staggered manner to extend in different directions for each connectable with a connection member. A first aluminum extrusion plate is provided to receive one of the connection members to extend therethrough so as to be set at a location corresponding to the first coupling section. A second aluminum extrusion plate is provided to receive the other one of the connection members to extend therethrough so as to be set at a location corresponding to the second coupling section. The first and second aluminum extrusion plates are thus connected in an angularly staggered manner to form a connection module having and defining a corner. The connection members may be additionally connected two pre-prepared aluminum extrusion parts for respectively coupling to the first and second aluminum extrusion plats.

Protective shed for outdoor unit

The present invention provides a shed for shielding an outdoor unit of an air conditioner or the like from exposure to sunlight, rains, etc. The shed includes a ground engaging base on to which the outdoor unit is supported and which lift the outdoor unit to a certain level above the ground. The shed includes four vertical posts, with two of the vertical posts being taller than the other two vertical posts. A roof is supported on the vertical posts such that the roof is pitched in the shed, since the inclination of the roof aids with drainage of any collected rain water or the like therefrom.

Formwork

A building system comprises one or more panels with one or more Z-shaped edges. The panels may connected to each other through interaction of the corresponding shaped edges. In addition, a building component comprises upper and lower surfaces and first and second lateral ends. One or more of the building components may be connected together through engagement of the second lateral end of a first building component with the first lateral end of a second building component. Through this connection, vertical forces on the building components are transferred laterally.
