ALKALINE DRINKS
Disclosed are methods and formulations for producing or manufacturing bottled or packaged or canned alkaline beverages in which the alkaline pH of the bottled or packaged or canned drinks remain stable for extended periods of times. The alkaline drink formulations may include flavoring agents, natural flavors, coloring agents, natural sweeteners, vitamins, amino acids, proteins, salts, solubilizers, preservatives, surfactants, emulsifiers, stabilizers, enzymes, herbs, herb extracts, collagens, seaweeds, seaweed extracts, electrolytes, minerals, buffers, antioxidants, peptides, extracts, food grade materials, pharmaceutical grade materials, sugars, sweeteners, CBD and or THC dissolvable agents and others.
BRAN-TEA SYSTEMS
A bran-tea system for consumption of a non-alcoholic beverage whenever an alcoholic beverage is desired. The bran-tea system permits an individual the ability to experience the taste of an alcoholic brandy tea mixture without the effects caused by alcohol. The bran-tea system uses a mixture of chamomile, honey, and a non-alcoholic brandy flavoring to achieve the taste of a hot brandy drink. The bran-tea mixture taste increases in strength the longer the tea is allowed to steep in a teacup with heated water.

The invention relates to ice lollys comprising a frozen liquid tea based composition comprising: water, tea powder or tea concentrate, methyl glucoside coconut oil ester, guar, gellan or pectin gum, and USDA certified organic non-genetically modified organism (non-GMO) grown fruit or vegetables in the form of a concentrate of liquid, puree, or powder. The processing and subsequent packaging allows the composition to be processed without heating and/or pasteurization but remain shelf stable in the frozen form.

PRESERVED TEA PRODUCT
The invention relates to a tea product comprising a preservative composition, wherein the tea product is a ready-to-drink beverage or a beverage concentrate, and the preservative composition comprises: (A) hexanal; (B) E-2-hexenal; (C) E-2-hexenol; (D) E-linalool oxide; (E) methanol; and (F) methyl salicylate, wherein the total concentration of (A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)+(F) in the tea product is 10 ppm to 10000 ppm, and wherein tea product comprises linalool at a concentration such that the ratio of the linalool concentration to the total concentration of (A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)+(F) in the tea product is 1:14 to 1:800.
