CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR A BUILDING
A construction method for a building is provided that includes the steps of: hoisting and positioning a plurality of precast columns on at least a portion of a predetermined area of a construction site to form a precast column array having at least two spans along a first direction and one or more spans along a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction; positioning the pre-fabricated beam rebar assemblies between adjacent precast columns, positioning each of the precast slab panels on support potions on the precast columns, assembling the beam cage and pouring the concrete into the molds for the beam cage to accomplish the structure of a single story; and repeating the steps of constructing the above-mentioned precast column array until completion of the structure of all stories of the building.
Construction metallic trapezoidal systems
A construction system definable in terms of an X, Y, and Z coordinate axes which provides a first part having a hollow three-walled web elongate in the Z axis, having a series of rigid securement flaps on the upper Z edges of the elongate Z axis member; and a second part having at least one open end for complemental engagement of the first part wherein the second part may fit over distal ends of said first part in which a cross-section of the second part is generally that of the first part, but wide and tall enough to allow the first part to slip within the second part, and said second part having an opposite end of said opening, wherein said second part securing the first part to a structural support.
BRACKETS USING TRAPEZOIDAL METALLIC CONSTRUCTION
A construction system definable in terms of an X, Y, and Z coordinate axes which provides a first part having a hollow four-walled web elongate in the Z axis, having a series of securement flaps along the edges of the upper surface of the elongate Z axis member; and a second part having at least one open end for complemental engagement of the first part wherein the second part may fit over distal ends of said first part in which a cross-section of the second part is generally that of the first part, but wide and tall enough to allow the first part to slip within the second part, and said second part having an opposite end of said opening, wherein said second part securing the first part to a structural support.
COMPOSITE FLOOR JOIST
A construction system definable in terms of an X, Y, and Z coordinate axes which provides a first part having a hollow three-walled web elongate in the Z axis, having a series series of securement brackets with geometric cut-outs on the upper Z edges of the elongate Z axis member; and a second part having at least one open end for complemental engagement of the first part wherein the second part may fit over distal ends of said first part in which a cross-section of the second part is generally that of the first part, but wide and tall enough to allow the first part to slip within the second part, and said second part having an opposite end of said opening, wherein said second part securing the first part to a structural support.
CONSTRUCTION METALLIC TRAPEZOIDAL SYSTEMS
A construction system definable in terms of an X, Y, and Z coordinate axes which provides a first part having a hollow four-walled web elongate in the Z axis, having a securement flange on the upper XZ base of the elongate Z axis member; and a second part having at least one open end for complemental engagement of the first part wherein the second part may fit over distal ends of said first part in which a cross-section of the second part is generally that of the first part, but wide and tall enough to allow the first part to slip within the second part, and said second part having an opposite end of said opening, wherein said second part securing the first part to a structural support.

STUD RAIL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
A stud rail system comprising at least one stud rail assembly. The at least one stud rail assembly comprises a plurality of rail portions, a plurality of cross portions, where a plurality of sets of support openings are formed in each of the plurality of the cross portions, a plurality of pin projections, where each rail portion supports at least one pin projection, a plurality of support assemblies, and a plurality of support projections, where each support projection is supported by one of the plurality of support assemblies. Each of the support projections extends through one of the support openings in each set of support openings such that the rail portions are rotatably connected to cross portions at a plurality of axis points to allow the stud rail assembly to be reconfigured between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRIMARILY ERECTING CURVILINEAR BUILDINGS USING A PLURALITY OF INTERCONNECTED STRUCTURAL TUBES/SANDWICH PANELS
A system and method for primarily erecting curvilinear buildings using a plurality of interconnected structural tubes/sandwich panels is provided. Fabricating structural tubing comprises: connecting a fibrous and flexible lining to an inner surface of a flexible outer membrane, wherein the lining is saturated in a curable material that forms into a solid foam material when cured; and curing the curable material. Fabricating a sandwich panel comprises: connecting a first fibrous and flexible lining to an inner surface of a first flexible outer membrane, wherein the first lining is saturated in a curable material that forms into a solid foam when cured; connecting a second fibrous and flexible lining to an inner surface of a second flexible outer membrane, wherein the second lining is saturated in a curable material that forms into a solid foam when cured; and curing the curable material of the first lining and second linings.
Tornado Proof Housing
A tornado resistant/proof residential housing unit that is built to withstand natural disaster conditions resulting from tornadoes, violent storms, and fire. An internal concrete reinforced core layout gives the unit its structural strength, as well as the versatility needed to face natural disaster conditions while providing absolute resistance to heavy winds such as those caused by a tornado. The unit has an external facade which mimics the exterior appearance of a typical subdivision home.
Insulated concrete composite wall system
A new prefabricated wall panel is the basic unit of a new, more efficient and stronger wall system. The wall panel is manufactured from a plurality of foam sections sized to leave vertical and horizontal voids into which concrete is later poured, each foam section having an inner and outer surface and two sides; and a plurality of fastening strips. The fastening strips are longitudinal metal strips being situated between the sides of two foam sections. Each fastening strip has two longitudinal fastening strips projecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal fastening strip and the fastening strips being adjacent to the outer surface of the two foam sections. The fastening strip also has a plurality of clearance holes in the longitudinal fastening strip, a plurality of embed tabs projecting from the edge opposite the fastening strips, each embed tab having at least one hole, and between each pair of embed tabs, a foam tab to hold the two inner sides of the foam sections in place and partially separate the foam sections from the concrete to be poured into a form.
