Method for producing a tower construction from reinforced concrete

The invention relates to a method for producing a tower construction (1) from reinforced concrete. A tower has at least one cavity (35) that extends in the longitudinal direction within the tower. Double-wall elements (2) are arranged along a periphery of the tower, each comprising an external plate (3) as well as an internal plate (4) in vertical or inclined position, forming vertical external joints (5) as well as vertical internal joints (6) between the external plates (3) and the internal plates (4). A reinforcement (9) is installed in the area of the vertical external joints (5) in-between the external plates (3) as well as the vertical internal joints (6) in-between the internal plates (4). The vertical external joints (5) and the vertical internal joints (6) in-between the double-wall elements (2) are closed and the double-wall elements (2) are filled with concrete (23).

A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material over a footing. The tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks can be positioned over the footing in a spaced apart, vertically extending arrangement. Each wall tie includes first and second planar surfaces to be directly fastened to respective first and second panel structures. In one embodiment, the tie system includes tabs for supporting multiple insulation panels positioned between the vertically extending tie stacks and between the first and second panel structures.

Described is an assembly for erecting a reinforced structure of a hardening building material using a pneumoform. The assembly includes an anchor bar having a first portion secured to a foundation and a second portion; a clamp bar configured to be aligned with the second portion of the anchor bar; a fixation element configured to extend through the clamp bar and the second portion of the anchor bar; and a pneumoform having an outer perimeter incorporating a keder. The outer perimeter of the pneumoform is positionable within a space between the second portion of the anchor bar and the clamp bar such that upon locking the clamp bar to the anchor bar with the fixation element the keder is captured by the clamp bar creating a first seal and forming a fluid-tight internal volume configured to be inflated. Related assemblies and methods are described.

Formwork mechanism for casting and moulding concrete, comprising a coffer with a sheet and four plates arranged around the sheet's perimeter

The present invention corresponds to a formwork mechanism for casting and molding concrete, comprising a coffer having a sheet and four plates around the sheet perimeter. Each plate has holes arranged on its front face. Also, the formwork mechanism includes a structural element, connected to one of the plates by fixing means. On the other hand, the structural element has lateral perforations that are aligned with the holes of one of the coffer plates. Fixing means pass through the holes and side holes. The structural element may be a beam, a three or four-beam T, and combinations thereof. On the other hand, using several coffers interconnected with structural elements, formworks are constructed for casting flat reticular slabs; and also for curved reticular slabs with greater slab thickness near the beams supporting the slabs in comparison to the span of the slabs.
