The beams (1, 1′) include at each end (5, 5′) a transverse passage opening (6, 6′). The transverse passage opening (6) of a beam (1) of type 1 comes to be nested with the transverse passage opening (6′) of a beam (1′) of type 2 when the two beams (1, 1′) are assembled end to end at a right angle leaving a passage opening (6, 6′) between the two ends (5, 5′) of the beams (1, 1′). Two beams (1) of type 1 can be assembled with two beams (1′) of type 2 to form a rectangular frame. The system further includes a set of corner assembly elements (2, 2′), each assembly element (2, 2′) including a body intended to pass through the transverse passage opening (6, 6′) of the beams (1, 1′) of type 1 and 2. The system also includes a set of plates (3) that can be assembled between two beams (1) of type 1 when assembled or two beams (1′) of type 2 when assembled to form a rectangular frame, and a set of posts (11) of hollow rectangular section the hollow ends of which come to be nested over a corner assembly element (2, 2′) of a rectangular frame formed of beams (1, 1′) of type 1 and of type 2 so as to form a three-dimensional framework. The posts (11) include longitudinal rails or grooves (8) on two adjacent surfaces to receive other plates (3′) between the posts (11) during assembly. Each hollow profile beam (1, 1′) including along an upper surface spaced rails or grooves (8) intended to receive said other plates (3′).

The bottom assembly member is provided on the top thereof with a fourth connector. The third connector is detachably connected with the fourth connector.
RAPIDLY DEPLOYABLE MODULAR BUILDING SYSTEM
The invention involves using composite panels to a framework to create a standard reusable rapidly deployable building structure, even in remote areas under favourable weather conditions. The invention discloses a minimal set of components, assemblies and methods where logistics are simplified through the use of flat-pack shipping and minimal use of field fasteners/tools. No crane or specialized trades are required to construct the building on site Standardization allows for interchangeability of components for repair or changing of building dimensions either during the initial construction or later. Most components are commercially available materials joined into assemblies using simplified manufacturing operations to reduce costs. Most assemblies, including flanges and cleats connecting adjacent composite panels, rectangular and/or triangular lattice (truss), transom, pier, columns, shear pins with retention means, are re-usable should the building require repairs, re-purposing or relocation. A free-span interior is described maximizing flexibility for arrangement of interior rooms and furnishings.
BOOTH MODULE FOR EXHIBITION, BOOTH FOR EXHIBITION, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SAME
A booth module for exhibition includes: a frame; a main body dowel; a bolt detachably coupled to the main body dowel; and a cap dowel detachably coupled to the bolt, wherein the main body dowel has: a body having a bolt insertion hole formed therein; a button of which a part is inserted and installed in the body through a button installation hole formed in the body; and a spring installed inside the body and pushing one end of the button, and wherein the cap dowel has: a body having a bolt insertion hole formed therein; a button of which a part is inserted and installed in the body through a button installation hole formed in the body; and a spring installed inside the body and pushing one end of the button, wherein the buttons are provided with bolt through holes communicating with the bolt insertion holes.
Collapsible and deployable interactive structure and system of use
Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for the use of a collapsible and deployable interactive structure. An interactive structure that is collapsible and deployable is provided in an outdoor or interior location. The interactive structure includes at least a door with a locking mechanism, an interior display, and a physical presence sensor, and may include ceiling tiles made of melt-away material, external displays, and an external bench that houses electrical components. Communication with a user is initiated, and information about the user is obtained for authentication and identification purposes. The user is authenticated, thereby unlocking the door to allow the user to enter the interactive structure. Once the user is inside, the interior display is activated to allow an underlying system to communicate with the user to determine a desired action for with the user. The interior display and underlying system facilitate the performance of the desired action.
Ground beam and t-shaped or x-shaped member for a modular constructed building and a building incorporating same
A modular constructed building includes a plurality of ground beams and a plurality of wall panels, each ground beam has a pair of surfaces and a longitudinally extending male projection interspaced between the pair of surfaces. The extending male projection is formed as a flat plate and at least able to be partially inserted into a wall panel with each of the wall panels being secured to a respective ground beam, so that each wall panel, at an end opposite the ground beam, has a lateral groove for accepting a protrusion for a T-shaped member or an X-shaped member, and an upper end of each of the wall panels is retained together through each of the wall panels and either a T-shaped member or an X-shaped member.
GARAGES RETROFITTED FOR ALTERNATIVE USES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY
A real estate unit in accordance with a particular embodiment of the present technology includes an interior region of a retrofitted garage, a reusable bathroom operably associated with the interior region, and a reusable fenestrated barrier also operably associated with the interior region. The reusable bathroom can be removably disposed within or outside the interior region. The reusable fenestrated barrier can be stationarily and removably disposed between the interior region and an outdoor area. The retrofitted garage can include a wall between the interior region and the outdoor area. The wall can include an opening having a width within a range from 2 meters to 7 meters. A path permitting a renter of the real estate unit to move between the interior region and the outdoor area can extend through the opening and through the reusable fenestrated barrier.

Reusable modular housing system
A reusable modular housing system has a gridded structure comprising reusable components with dimensions corresponding to a two-unit system. The structure has floor and ceiling grids with dimensions that correspond to multiples of a first unit of measurement. The vertical beams that connect the floor and ceiling grids are spaced apart at dimensions that also correspond to multiples of the first unit of measurement. The structure has a variety of other components that can be coupled to the floor and ceiling grids and the vertical beams, and those other components have dimensions that correspond to a multiple of a second unit of measurement. Dimensions of the structure can vary, but each of the component parts can be detachably coupled into the gridded structure, so as to fit within the grid's dimensions based on respective multiples of the first unit of measurement and the second unit of measurement. The structure can be assembled into a first configuration, and when use of the structure is completed, the structure can be disassembled into its component parts which can be later assembled into the first configuration or a different second configuration. Use of a two-unit system of dimensions for the system allows for component parts to be reused on the same or other structures designed within the same dimensional system.
