A mobile home as well as a rocket stove and ventilation assembly suitable for use therein are provided. The mobile home comprises: a housing body having a cuboid shape; and at least one pre-marked area on one or more walls of the housing body for indicating where a cutout for receiving a feature or an appliance therein is to be made. The rocket stove comprises a body containing therein: a vertical chimney for delivering heat to a stove top; a tee having at least three ends; and an elbow interposed and interconnected with the tee and the vertical chimney. One of the at least three ends is for receiving a fuel source therein and one of the at least three ends is connected to the elbow. The ventilation assembly comprises: at least two opposing air filters; and a plurality of fan units positioned side-by-side and sandwiched therebetween.

Disclosed is a prefabricated module including, in one piece: a shower compartment, with a shower; a toilet compartment, with a toilet seat, the shower compartment and the toilet compartment being arranged longitudinally opposite one another; a kitchen compartment, which included a sink and a cooking appliance; a technical compartment, which included: a domestic water supply and a water heater, supplying domestic water to the shower and sink; an energy supply, supplying energy to the cooking appliance and the water heater; the kitchen compartment and the technical compartment being arranged between the shower compartment and the toilet compartment, which are transversely opposite one another, of the prefabricated module.

An expandable shelter assembly that includes a covering hinge coupled to an expandable frame and a base hinge coupled to the expanding frame opposite the covering. The expandable frame is a hollow quadrilateral structure that includes a plurality of sides. The expandable frame includes a collapsed state and a deployed state. When collapsed, the expandable frame is collapsed and the cover is positioned proximate to the base. When deployed, the expandable frame is expanded and the cover is positioned distal to the base. Each side of the expandable frame is insulated, collapsible; includes a first panel hinge coupled to a second panel; and folds inward when the expandable frame is in the collapsed state. The covering and the base are each complementary in shape compared to the expandable frame. The covering is a rigid structure that partially encloses the expandable frame. The base is a hollow and rigid frame.

A modular home includes a first housing portion including a first floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a first vertical edge of a first wall, a second vertical edge of a second wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the first floor, a first horizontal edge of the first ceiling, and the first and second vertical edges. The modular home further includes a second housing portion including a second floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a third vertical edge of a third wall, a fourth vertical edge of a fourth wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the second floor, a second horizontal edge of the second ceiling, and the third and fourth vertical edges. The first vertical edge is coupled to the third vertical edge by a hinge, and the second vertical edge is configured to be coupled to the fourth vertical edge.

Mobile business units featuring modularized utilities for plug and play of business unit equipment provide a reconfigurable and scalable system of mobile business units for a variety of businesses including, for example, a mobile kitchen or “ghost kitchen”, classroom or office space, medical facilities, insurance or disaster relief facilities, fabrication units, pharmacies, grocery-to-go units, mobile repair garages, and mobile broadcasting centers. The mobile business units can be stacked, positioned side by side, positioned end to end, and interconnected in various systems using modular interconnection units. A shelter with electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection includes first and second wall panels including EMI protection. The panels are connected by at least one of: (i) a hinged connection; (ii) a scissor joint connection. The hinged connection includes an EMI protected hinge that extends between the first and second panels and includes a first hinge leaf, a second hinge leaf, and a hinge joint. A flexible EMI protection covering extends across the hinge joint. The scissor joint connection includes a first hook connected to the first panel and a second hook connected to the second panel and an EMI gasket is located in an open channel of the first hook. A floor support system including a plurality of floor panels is disposed in the shipping container proximate to a bottom surface of the shipping container. The plurality of floor panels withdraw from an open side of the shipping container. A plurality of wall panels are stored in the shipping container above the plurality of floor panels. The plurality of wall panels are withdrawn from the open side of the shipping container subsequent to the plurality of floor panels being withdrawn from the shipping container. A roof system includes a plurality of roof panels supported on a rack in the shipping container above the plurality of wall panels. The plurality of roof panels slideably withdraw from the shipping container subsequent to the plurality of wall panels being withdrawn from the shipping container.
