BOOTH
A booth in which a desk is provided in a space surrounded by a floor, side walls, and a top and that is movable with a component for movement provided at the floor, the booth includes a handle for a movement operation of the booth.
Tiny Home Trailer System
A trailer system with a modular design is provided for the transport of tiny homes. The system comprises a front hitch assembly to connect to a suitable towing or transport vehicle, and a rear axle assembly designed to carry the weight of a tiny home. The trailer bed portion of the trailer system is the tiny house foundation adapted to connect with the front hitch and rear axle assemblies in a lowboy configuration. Each of the front hitch and rear axle assemblies have pegs that can be secured into channels formed into the end walls (e.g. slots/cavities) or alongside walls (e.g. grooves) of the foundation. Once inserted into the channels, the pegs can be secured to the foundation using a securing means (e.g. locking pins). After transport of the tiny home, the front hitch and rear axle assemblies can be connected to each for transport to another location.
Portable Noise Reduction Shed
A noise reduction shed formed by two or four L-Shape foldable panels, with full walls on the left, right and back side and with no wall or partial wall on the front side. Each L-Shape foldable panels includes two basic panels, a group of folding brackets, latches and folding handles and can be folded for storage and unfolded for forming the shed. Each L-Shape foldable panels include two basic panels and each basic panel consist of multiple layers of sound absorbing, sound isolation, sound damping materials and a cover to maximize the noise reduction purpose. The noise reduction shed is used to house the generators or other high noise equipment inside to reduce the noise to the outside.
Storm avoiding buildings and structures
A building sheltering structure is configured to facilitate the shielding of domicile or building into an underground foundation before an emergency environmental condition arises. The foundation includes a cover plate and/or a second plate that translate horizontally to occlude the at least one domicile upon retraction into a secure cavity of the foundation by a lift assembly in the foundation cavity. The cover plate and second plate offer optimal protection to the domicile thereunder for various extreme conditions. Mounted atop the lift assembly, the at least one domicile can be fully retracted into the foundation cavity and completely shielded. The operation of the lift assembly is commanded and powered by a supply system, of which a processor facilitates emergency warnings and panic transmissions to signal for help. Further, a plurality of solar panels mounted atop the at least one domicile keeps the system charged for the use in emergency.
MOBILE BUSINESS UNIT HAVING REMOVABLE WHEELS, AUTOMATIC LIFT AND LEVELING SYSTEM, AND REMOVABLE OR RETRACTABLE HITCH & COMPOSITE IMPERMEABLE FLOORING STRUCTURE HAVING INTEGRATED BASEBOARDS
Mobile business units can provide business units for a variety of businesses including, for example, a mobile kitchen or “ghost kitchen”, a mobile insurance or disaster relief office, and a mobile medical facility. Novel impermeable surface configurations enabling sterilization of the interior of the mobile business units are provided. Novel deployment of the mobile business unit can include removal of an axle frame, tires, and axles to convert the mobile business unit to a stationary business unit. A removable hitch assembly can shorten the length of the mobile business unit. Cloud software can integrate the business unit with delivery drivers to lower the cost of “last mile delivery” to end customers.
A MOBILE CABIN WITH VENTILATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR VENTILATION THEREOF
The invention discloses a mobile cabin with sound-absorbing features, whereas cabins may be interconnected, if necessary, by connection devices as modules into a larger set of cabins and detached again, if necessary, and used as individual cabins or smaller sets of cabins. The invention also discloses a method for ventilation of the mobile cabin.
Mobile insulation system
Rigid wall shelters are used throughout the world for shipping, living quarters, and housing for electronic systems and are energy inefficient. While investigating energy-efficient technologies for rigid wall shelters the discovery was made to insulate the outside of the shelter rather than the inside. Space is often limited inside of the shelter. The invention of an external, re-deployable insulation system was developed. The present invention is an insulating system composed of three main components. The first component is multiple, flexible envelopes filled with insulating materials (which creates a panel). The second component is multiple insulating strips that cover the joint between the panels. The final component is a weatherproof outer covering that protects the entire system from the elements.
Lifting mechanism for expandable shelter
An enclosure including an upper frame, a lower frame, and a lift mechanism operably coupling the upper frame and the lower frame together. The lift mechanism includes first drive shafts and a second drive shaft operably coupling the first drive shafts for operation in unison, and an input operably coupled to at least one of the first drive shafts or the second drive shaft. The lift mechanism transitions the enclosure between a stowed state and a deployed state during a movement of the actuator.
Exterior wall for expandable shelter
A wall configured to couple to a shelter and extend around at least a portion of a perimeter of the shelter. The wall includes a first end having a first attachment mechanism configured to engage with a second attachment mechanism of the shelter, a second end opposite the first end, a sidewall extending between the first end and the second end, and a third attachment mechanism coupled proximal to the second end and configured to engage with a fourth attachment mechanism disposed on the shelter to couple the wall to the shelter.
Quick assembly hunting blind apparatus, and a method thereof
Portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure for outdoors, and a method of assembling, and using the same. The invention encompasses an apparatus for providing shelter for humans and animals, which is portable, collapsible, and easily transportable from location to location, and can be quickly assembled, and disassembled. The apparatus comprises of a tubular frame, where a flat housing panel is wrapped around the tubular frame, and a cover is secured to the top of the assembly to from the portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure or the quick assembly hunting blind or hunting blind kit. The portable, collapsible apparatus, has a ceiling or roof, and wall or panels that are made of one or more layers of material, such as, corrugated material, plastic material, composite material, waterproof material, weatherproof material, rigid honeycomb board material, polyethylene material, polypropylene material. The inventive apparatus could also have an attachable or detachable base or floor.
