The invention provides a building space divider system for providing one or more rooms in a building space, said building space divider system comprising at least two framework beams and coupling strips, wherein said framework beams extend in a longitudinal direction, and said framework beams comprising longitudinal beam coupling parts wherein two of said framework beams are back-to-back coupled via said coupling strips, each coupling strip comprising two strip parts each having a beam coupling end extending along a longitudinal side of the strip part for coupling to said beam coupling part of said framework beam, and a strip coupling end extending along an opposite longitudinal side of said strip part.

Modular building

A modular building includes at least one outer wall that includes at least first and second panels aligned end to end at a panel joint. Each panel includes first planks forming a part of the outer wall of the building and second planks forming a first decorative wall fixed to the outer wall. The decorative wall extends substantially perpendicular to the outer wall and terminates beyond the first planks on at least one side of the panel. The space between the first decorative wall of the panel and an adjacent decorative wall of a second panel accommodates a shelving unit or a joint cover strip that covers the panel joint.

A transportable garage is provided, for storing vehicles, aircrafts, equipment, or shelter individuals on a site. The garage comprises a frame assembly configurable between a collapsed configuration and an erected configuration. The frame assembly comprises support members extending along the ground when the garage is use; and a plurality of frame units connected to the support members. Each frame unit comprises a plurality of articulated frame members, which are configurable between a folded configuration and a deployed configuration. The garage may also include a covering assembly for covering the frame assembly when in the erected configuration. When the frame assembly is in the collapsed configuration, transportation of the garage to the site is facilitated.

MOVABLE HOME WITH RETRACTABLE STRUCTURES

A mobile house construction (1) is easy to move with strong mobility; (2) has a high folding ratio, providing a good living experience; (3) has a simple structure and is easy to drive; (4) permits for the entire device to be factory manufactured; and (5) provides a standardization of structure, thus reducing costs. The home construction includes a main body structure and a folding mechanism. The main body mechanism is the main load-bearing structure of the mobile house, which is connected to the folding mechanism. The main structure includes a floor, a water tank, an engine, a bathroom, a kitchen, a door, a window, a load-bearing column, a load-bearing beam, and the like, and can further include several pieces of furniture. The folding mechanism can expand the internal space of the mobile house, including the left side folding mechanism, the right-side folding mechanism and the top folding mechanism.

Modular Multi-Container Housing Structure, Multi-Container Interlock, and Methods for Manufacture of Same

A modular multi-container housing structure connection system for shipping containers having fittings defining orifices includes modular interchangeable interlocks each comprising a lock part shaped and configured to lock within an orifice of a container in a locked state, a modular connector frame comprising interchangeable struts, each of the struts comprising opposing first and second interlock assembly bodies, each of the opposing interlock assembly bodies configured to receive therein at least one of the interlocks, a set of the struts comprising at least one of a pair of right and left vertical struts and of upper and lower horizontal struts, and at least one of the interlocks being disposed and positioned within a respective one of the interlock assembly bodies of the strut set such that, placing a respective interlock in the locked state causes the interlock assembly body containing the respective interlock to be locked within an adjacent container orifice.

A demountable structure system is disclosed. The demountable structure system may have a roof system positioned atop one or more structural panel(s) and a floor system positioned beneath one or more structural panels(s). The structural panels may have different shapes, configurations, and features, and may support the roof system in order to form a demountable structure. Alternatively, the roof system is omitted and a wall or other structure can be formed from the structural panels. Each structural panel may have other features, such as finish panels, fabric panels, accessory mounts, recessed lighting, electrical outlets, etc. Some structural panels have sound dampening features, such as to form portable musician's sound booth. Thus, a structure may be formed which is both readily disassembled, yet also sturdy.
