ASSEMBLY FOR ASSEMBLED CONTAINER HOUSE SYSTEM
20190223597 · 2019-07-25 ·

The present invention relates to an assembly for an assembled container house system. The assembly includes: a first main wallboard, where the first main wallboard has a rectangular body; an upper right portion of the body of the first main wallboard protrudes rightwards to form a spherical protrusion, and a lower right portion extends rightwards to form an extension portion; an upper left portion of the body of the first main wallboard extends leftwards to form an extension portion, and a lower let portion protrudes leftwards to form a spherical protrusion; spherical recessed cavities are formed on front end surfaces of the two extension portions by means of being recessed backwards; the spherical protrusions match the spherical recessed cavities; and an axial direction of the spherical protrusion is perpendicular to an axial direction of the spherical recessed cavity. The assembly for an assembled container house system may be assembled into members with different lengths, different heights, different widths, and different colors, such as a house, a large shed, a cabinet, and a box, as well as toys. Moreover, independently used bathrooms, living rooms, and washbasin systems may be derived. Various components are reliably connected, may be repeatedly used, are suitable for industrial standardized and mass production, and facilitate transportation and splicing.

PORTABLE DECK INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION AND STOW-AWAY FEATURES

A portable deck assembly is disclosed. The portable deck assembly comprises a top platform, a bottom platform, and a plurality of weight-shaped sections. The plurality of weight-shaped sections comprises a series of planks which comprise the top platform of the portable deck assembly. The weight-shaped sections are positioned on top of the bottom platform of the portable deck assembly. The portable deck assembly also comprises at least two hinges, wherein the hinges are attached to an underside of the bottom platform of the portable deck assembly and wherein the hinges are configured to permit folding of the portable deck assembly.

MOVABLE HOME WITH RETRACTABLE STRUCTURES

A movable home with retractable structures includes expandable parts of the structure that can be split into frame and wall panels. Frames, including wall frames and a floor frame, can be folded into the main body. Wall panels can slide out of a box and form the walls of the house. Similarly, floor panels can slide out of a box and form the floor of the house. The boxes for the wall panels and the floor panels can be part of the overall footprint of the main retracted structure. One advantage of this method is that the wall panels and the floor panels will not interfere with the entire home, where a vehicle can transfer the retracted house to a desired location for expansion.

Modular access structure

An access module for a modular access structure has a longitudinally and vertically extending first frame and a longitudinally and vertically extending second frame. The second frame laterally opposes the first frame. A deformable lower support structure laterally extends between the first and second frames. The lower support structure includes a deck spanning a longitudinal length of the access module. A deformable upper support structure laterally extends between the first and second frames. The upper support structure is spaced above the deck. The access module is configurable by deformation of the lower and upper support structures between an extended configuration in which the first and second frames are spaced apart a first distance and the deck is generally horizontal and a collapsed configuration in which a distance between the first and second frames is less than the first distance. The access module is adapted to be fastened end to end to a second access module.

To ensure maintenance operations for an architectural structure using a mast climber without any limitation on the stability of a mast and locations where a mast can be erected. A side wall 101 of an architectural structure 100 is fitted with a fixing member 130 at a level higher than the ground 500. The fixing member 130 is fitted with fixture studs 132. A mast 200 is erected on the fixing member 130 with its lower end secured to the fixture studs 132. A climbing work platform 210 that travels up and down the mast 200 is fixed to the mast 200. A worker performs maintenance operations on the climbing work platform 210.

Containers shelter

A containers shelter is formed from a base array of 20 ft containers, having a sheltered inner area therebetween, and, from a second floor of 40 ft containers that are connected to the base array of containers and cover entirely the sheltered inner area. The containers are filled with a filling material. The base array comprises an entrance container having an inner opening that is transversely directed to an outer opening.

EXPANDABLE HOUSE STRUCTURE

A house structure is initially folded into a small box-like configuration for easy shipment and can expand both horizontally and vertically to form a traditional one-floor house-like configuration with inclined roofing. Parts of the front and rear walls are folded and stacked with ends of the main structure to save space in the width of the folded structure. Parts of the floor panels are vertically stacked with the sidewalls. These moveable floor parts are linked with the sidewalls and the middle floor panel through designed connection blocks. When the sidewalls are pushed outward, the floor panel will gradually slide and lay down. After setting up the sidewall and floor framework, the roof subassembly can be driven upward and rotate outward its set of wall wedge panels to encapsulate the opening area due to the inclined roof profile and offer support for the roof panels which are linked via connection blocks.

Systems, methods, apparatus, and compositions for building materials and construction

A structural insulated building unit is provided for constructing a building. The structural insulated building unit includes an insulating core, first and second cementitious panels, and a connecting portion. The insulating core is defined by multiple sides and opposing first and second faces. The first and second cementitious panels are coupled to the first and second faces of the insulating core. The connecting portion is provided on one of the sides of the insulating core, and aligns the structural insulated building unit with an adjacent structural insulated building unit having a complementary connecting portion when constructing a building.

MODULAR ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM COMPRISING UNIVERSAL INTERCONNECTABLE PARTS

This system or process has managed to produce unique parts in order to universalise the process so that in this way we can simplify the construction processes to only manufacture of a few products, so that our house models or other models can be obtained, with one and two storeys.

This simplification in the manufacturing process results in a simplification of the infrastructure of our installed plant capacity.
