WASTE-LESS CUT-LESS COMPOSED WOODEN PANEL FOR A WOODEN TIMBER BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION
A waste-less cut-less composed wooden panel for a wooden timber buildings construction. Thanks to the use of the steel wood screws positioned in a pattern, the same buckling resistance as in the case of the commercial wooden panels connected by aluminium nails or wood screws has been achieved with a much lower value of the wooden panel thickness, approximately by 30%. Thanks to the manual assembly of individual waste-less cut-less composed wooden panel, up to 82% of wooden material can be saved compared to commercially available prefabricated wooden panels.
TAPE MEASURING STRAP WITH CUSTOM MARKINGS SHOWING THE POSITIONING OF VARIOUS COMPONENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION
In the construction of a building at least part of the information about the fabrication of the building, including what construction elements are to be used in the building and their location for carrying out said construction, is input in a computer software program to generate a plurality of marking information; said marking information is printed on a tape or strap, e.g. using a CNC printing machinery and the printed tape or strap is affixed or connected to a corresponding construction component to be used in said building. The markings may include the position of at least one of: beginning and/or end of a construction element; a cutting location for the cutting of a construction element; an anchor holder; nails or bolts for positioning string lines; plumbing drains; pipes; window assemblies; door headers; studs, posts and cripple studs; joists or rafters; chalk lines; plywood sheating.
Hinging Drywall Apparatus and Method
Described herein is a drywall apparatus including drywall liner. A first gypsum-containing segment is disposed on an internal side of the drywall liner, and a second gypsum-containing segment is disposed on the internal side of the drywall liner such that a groove exists between the first segment and the second segment. The drywall liner connects the first segment to the second segment such that the first segment and the second segment are capable of hinging about a hinge axis parallel to the groove.
Method and Kit for Assembly of Framed Structures
A method for framing a structure using pre-dimensioned components comprising lower support components, framing components for assembling a series of frames, sheathing, and a template for guiding the assembly of the series of frames. The method comprises the steps of: fastening the lower support components together to produce a lower support rim; assembling the series of frames using markings on the template to guide placement of framing components; and fastening the series of frames to the lower support rim.
HINGING DRYWALL APPARATUS AND METHOD
A drywall system is provided including a first drywall panel and a second drywall panel connected to the first drywall panel via a main hinge. A first drywall flap connected to the first drywall panel via a first hinge, and a second drywall flap connected to the second drywall panel via a second hinge. The first drywall panel, the second drywall panel, the first drywall flap and the second drywall flap can hinge to assume at least one corner configuration in which the first and second flaps lie on a first plane, the first drywall panel lies on a second plane and the second drywall panel lies on a third plane, such that the first plane, the second plane and the third plane are mutually orthogonal. A coating can be provided on an external surface of the framing drywall liner for strengthening the groove which, in embodiments can be polyester strip that extends over portions of the first and second gypsum-containing segments on either side of the of the groove.

METHOD AND STRUCTURES FOR USE IN MOUNTING A SUPER STRUCTURE ON A FOUNDATION PILE
Method for mounting a super structure over a top end of a foundation pile, wherein the top end has a truncated conical shape and the super structure has an opening fitting over said top end, which opening preferably has a truncated conical peripheral surface fitting over said top end, wherein a guide structure is placed at said top end, comprising at least one sloping guide surface, where after said super structure is lowered over the guide structure onto the top end of the foundation pile.
Modular Multi-Story Building Construction System
The present invention is a modular multi-story building construction system which has visually exposed structural components and/or panels exposing the structural connections for inspection by building and safety officials. In addition to the exposed components for ease of inspection, the present invention has a unique lifting system that combines a winch and pulley system with a supported post or pole to support the weight of the panels being lifted. Because of the unique lifting system, two adult persons can assemble the modular structures without heavy equipment.
