MODULAR, TRANSPORTABLE, INSULATED BUILDING, WITH WATER, AND FIRE RESISTANT FLOOR, WALL, AND ROOF PANEL, PRE-MANUFACTURED ASSEMBLIES
A small, heavy duty, transportable building having pre-manufactured panel assemblies made out of magnesium oxide for the floor, wall and roof that are quickly fastened together, on site, using common metal screws. All building materials are inorganic for extreme mold and mildew resistance. Furthermore, the building panels are configured and fastened together for inherent insulative fire and flood resistant properties. Commercial metal strut forms an economic protective perimeter around the magnesium oxide surface panels, and offer a fastening means to adjoining panels. The uses of the building (bunker, enclosure, shelter, shed, little-house, etc. . . . ) are myriad and not intended to be limited in usefulness. In addition, the building configurations and square footage options are limitless, single wide building ways, storied if desired. The design also allows manufacturing of the panel assemblies with common, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. No crane is needed for building erection.
Systems and methods for controlling air properties in structures and inhibiting moisture accumulation and mold propagation in structures
A structure comprises at least one outer wall having an internal wall section and an outer wall section with an air flow passage therebetween. A circulation system circulates air through the flow passage to inhibit moisture accumulation and mold growth. A sensing system determines the presence of moisture in the flow passage and generates a signal in response thereto. A controller receives the signal from the sensing system and controls the circulation system to maintain a predetermined temperature and relative humidity in the flow passage.

HIGH PERFORMANCE ARCHITECTURAL PRECAST CONCRETE WALL SYSTEM
A construction panel comprising a rigid insulation layer having an interior surface and an exterior surface, an outer concrete wythe secured to the exterior surface of the insulation layer, an inner concrete wythe secured to the interior surface of the insulation layer, a grid system which ties the outer concrete wythe to the inner concrete wythe and a capillary tube system located within the construction panel wherein liquid is passed through the tubing in order to increase or decrease the temperature of the construction panel.
Pole Shield
The present disclosure relates to a pole shield for extending around a pole structure. The pole shield comprises one or more than one sheet of composite material forming a hollow structure having an open first end and an opposed open second end. The sheet or sheets of composite material comprise from about 50% to about 80% by weight of a reinforcement impregnated with about 20% to about 50% of a polyurethane resin composition comprising a combination of a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component. Two or more pole shields may be stacked one on top of the other to form a pole shield structure which extends the height of protection of the pole structure. The pole shield can be used for protecting a pole structure from damage, such as from fire, rain, wind, sand, ice, pests, moisture or electrical. The pole shield may also be used to provide structural support to a pole structure.

PEST BARRIER
A pest barrier (10, 10′, 10″, 10′″, 10″″), comprising a body (12, 112) for installation in or over an opening in a building to inhibit passage of pests through the building opening (200, 302). Body (12, 112) is formed from one or more components and comprises one or more first opening (18, 28, 29, 116) extending therethrough to facilitate ventilation through the building opening when the body is installed therein or thereover. A pest repellent is carried by at least part of body (12, 112) and has efficacy within a first zone extending a predetermined first distance inwardly from a perimeter of the one or more first opening (18, 28, 29, 116) to deter one or more target pest species from passing through the one or more first opening and/or within a second zone extending a predetermined second distance outwardly from the body (12, 112) toward the periphery of the building opening (200, 302) to deter said one or more target pest species from passing through each of one or more second opening in the second zone.
Barrier system
A barrier system includes a substantially vertical structure with a coating layer disposed on and circumscribing a majority of the substantially vertical structure. The coating layer has a height of at least 0.25 inches, has gouge and scratch hardness of at least 2H, and has an average surface roughness (R.sub.a) of less than 10 microns.

Combined type mouse-stopping device capable of adjusting the tilt angle
This invention provides a tilt angle adjustable combined rat-proof device, relating to the technical field of rat-proof devices. A rat-proof device includes a rat-proof plate body, a fixing mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, wherein the rat-proof plate body is inserted into the fixing mechanism so that the rat-proof plate body is able to be clamped, and an upper end of the fixing mechanism is clamped into the adjusting mechanism and is able to slide along the adjusting mechanism so as to drive the rat-proof plate body to move, thereby realizing adjustment of the tilt angle of rat-proof plate body. The device can adjust the tilt angle based on the user's actual requirements, therefore adapting to the use environment, and it is also extremely convenient in the process of transportation, disassembly and installation.
