MASONRY BUILDING BLOCKS AND BUILDING SYSTEM THEREOF
This invention involves three masonry units that can aid in materializing masonry construction of better quality. The masonry units include the CMH-4, the CVMH-8 and the SNH-4. The CMH-4 includes cells that permit interior wall cavities that can help include larger piping inside walls as well as horizontal piping for sanitary ventilation without losing the traditional way of installing CMU's or interrupting the typical and usually recommended running bond. The CVMH-8 permits the cutting of the unit in different shapes, of which one can be used as framework. The SNH-4 is a concrete unit that can be used as a planting wall, that aids in openings without windows or doors and that is compatible in dimensions with other CMU's. The three units are compatible with existing masonry units, permitting their mixed use according to design needs.
Prefabricated demising wall with external conduit engagement features
A prefabricated demising wall assembly comprising two substrate panels each with an interior and exterior surface, the substrate panels configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit; a plurality of metal studs connecting the interior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of metal studs define a space between the substrate panels; a fire sprinkler pipeline between the two substrate panels, wherein at least some of the plurality of metal studs have an aperture accommodating the fire sprinkler pipeline through an interior of the demising wall assembly; and a plurality of hanger elements operably attached to the exterior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of hanger elements are configured to connect to a plurality of removable finish panels.

Hollow brick with foot portions
A hollow brick includes a bottom wall, two side walls projecting from the bottom wall, a plurality of intermediate walls projecting from the bottom wall between the side walls, a top wall opposite to the bottom wall and connecting the side walls and the intermediate walls, and a plurality of ventilation holes bounded by the bottom wall, the side walls, the intermediate walls and the top wall. The bottom wall has a plurality of foot portions projecting downwardly and spaced apart from each other. A bottom groove is formed between two adjacent ones of the foot portions.

CONSTRUCTION BLOCK WITH INSULATION
A substantially parallelepipedal construction block includes an upper face configured to be associated with the lower face(s) of one or two other similar construction block(s), a lower face configured to be associated with the upper face(s) of one or two similar construction block(s) and at least two vertical openings. The construction block also includes a front face, a rear face and two lateral faces with a recess which allows two beads to appear at the sides of the two lateral faces. The construction block is constituted by expanding foam and sand, and an insulation portion situated between the rear face and the front face. The insulation portion extends over the width of the construction block and is substantially parallelepipedal. The height and the length of the insulation portion is identical to the construction block.
Construction Module And Method Of Use Thereof
A construction module for constructing a structure, including an elongate member having a substantially L-shaped cross-section provided with connecting portions arranged to detachably attach with connecting portions on second and further construction modules, to form structure. A temporary structure can be formed from two or more of the construction modules. The structure may be temporary, semi-permanent or permanent.

Modular, retractable barrier
The modular, retractable barrier is a room partition. The modular, retractable barrier comprises one or more barrier structures. Each of the one or more barrier structures comprises a plurality of scroll rods and a mesh barrier. The mesh barrier is a scroll like structure. When each of the plurality of scroll rods is separated the mesh barrier is deployed in the space between each of the plurality of scroll rods to form a barricade structure. When the plurality of scroll rods is later brought together, the mesh barrier is retracted. The modular, retractable barrier is a modular structure wherein any first barrier structure selected from the one or more barrier structures can be removably attached to any second barrier structure selected from the one or more barrier structures such that overall span of the barricade formed by the modular, retractable barrier can be increased.
