COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS COMPRISING ENGINEERED CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTOR AND MODULATOR OF CAR
There is provided method for making a cell composition which comprises step of transducing a population of cells with a mixture of at least two viral vectors, wherein at least one vector comprises a nucleic acid sequence which encodes a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR); and wherein at least one vector comprises a nucleic acid encoding an activity modulator which modulates the activity of the CAR, of a cell expressing the CAR, or of a target cell. There is also provided a cell composition made by such a method and its use in the treatment of diseases such as cancer.
Method for efficiently infecting human natural killer cells and other immune cells with pseudovirus
The present disclosure belongs to the field of biotechnology, and specifically relates to a method for efficiently infecting human natural killer (NK) cells and other immune cells with a pseudovirus. Specifically, a viral transfection system provided in the present disclosure has an envelope plasmid with a protein having an X-Y-Z structure. The X is an extracellular (ex) structure of a gibbon ape leukemia virus (GALV) envelope glycoprotein, the Y is a transmembrane (TM) structure of the GALV envelope glycoprotein, and the Z is an intracellular segment portion of a murine virus gene.
MULTIPARTITE RECEPTOR AND SIGNALING COMPLEXES
The present disclosure provides adoptive T cell therapies that have improved architectures for targeting antigens and recruiting multimeric immune signaling complexes for treating, preventing, or ameliorating at least one symptom of a cancer, infectious disease, autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, and immunodeficiency, or condition associated therewith.
Fully human anti-human CD22 chimeric antigen receptor and application thereof
The present invention provides an anti-CD22 antibody molecule and a CD22-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) constructed using the anti-CD22 antibody molecule. The present invention also provides an application of the anti-CD22 antibody molecule and the CAR in the preparation of drugs for treating CD22-related diseases.
Recombinant Fc domain - IL2 variant polypeptides and combination therapy with membrane-anchored antigen binding polypeptides
The present invention relates to the combination therapy of recombinant Fc domain-IL-2 variant polypeptides with membrane-anchored antigen binding polypeptides in the prevention or treatment of cancer.
