Discussed herein are modular frame assemblies, and methods of forming modular frame assemblies. A modular frame assembly includes a first and second lateral frame member each comprising an elongated transverse portion including a flange portion, the transverse portion including an upper edge, a first and second side frame member each comprising a first end, a second end, and a cross panel extending therebetween, the first and second end including one or more receiving members to receive the flange portions of the first and second lateral frame members, and a top planar member having an upper surface and lower surface, the lower surface including one or a plurality of chambers to receive the upper edge of the transverse portion of the first and second lateral frame members.

Sealing strip for sealing drywall connecting joints

A sealing strip is for sealing drywall connecting joints. The sealing strip has a centre web with two longitudinal edges, wherein along each longitudinal edge, a sealing profile is arranged having a first profile section, which is arranged along the allocated longitudinal edge and has a first thickness in the transverse direction of the centre web. A second profile section adjoins the first profile section, and the second profile section forms the end of the sealing profile that is remote from the centre web and has a second thickness in the transverse direction of the centre web, the second thickness being smaller than the first thickness.

METHOD AND MEANS FOR MAKING A WALL BY MEANS OF SECURING DRYWALL PANELS TO A BACKGROUND

Method for making a wall with the aid of drywall panels (1, 1a, 1b) and a background (2, 12, 25), wherein the drywall panels are provided with edge coupling profiles (3, 4, 6, 13, 14, 16) on their edges, which are arranged to be secured to the background and, subsequently, coupled to each other. The drywall panels may also be provided with a rear coupling profile (24). The drywall panels can be hooked together or coupled to each other by means of transverse sliding. The edge coupling profiles may also comprise anti-adhesive extensions (31), forming anti-adhesive edge areas (32) at the front side of the drywall panel on which stucco mass does not adhere. The measures according to the invention are intended to provide drywall panels which, after use, can be disassembled easily and cleanly so that the drywall panels can be reused as drywall panels, resulting in that the environment is not burdened with gypsum waste caused by damaged, broken and destroyed drywall panels.

Modular wall panels and system

Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. Frame component may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof. Each end of the frame components may have at least one fastener or at least one corresponding receiver to selectively connect adjacent frame components end on end in forming a frame, including corners. Frames can thus be assembled in the field and are fully customizable. A hub may be utilized with multiple sides having fastener(s) or receiver(s) to interconnect frame components. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames.

A barrier system for partitioning a space is formed by panels which interlock with each other to provide a barrier that is fire rated. The interlocking panels are assembled in the barrier in columns which include at least two panels. A first horizontal joint between two panels of the barrier in a first column is vertically offset from a horizontal joint between two panels of the barrier in a second column that is adjacent to the first column at a vertical joint. Each panel is made of a laminated structure including a supporting frame around a core layer, barrier layers on opposed surfaces of the core and skin layers on the barrier layers. Tongue and groove construction interlocks the panels and a locking structure formed by a tapered hook in the groove engaging into a slot of the tongue locks horizontally adjacent panels to each other.

Agricultural barns, warehouses, and methods for construction including a floor, walls that include foam wall panels, a wainscot of impact resistant panels at a lower portion of the wall, and a ceiling formed from foam roof panels integrated into the roof truss assembly. Once the floor, walls, and ceiling are assembled, walls and ceiling can be coated over with an abrasion resistant, impact resistant polymeric coating (e.g., akin to a truck-bed liner), tying these structures together in a seamless shell that provides sufficient elasticity to accommodate typical expansion/contraction due to daily and seasonal heating/cooling, humidity changes, etc. The sealed interior envelope allows the interior surfaces to easily be pressure washed daily, or whenever else needed. Such construction is particularly well suited to an agricultural barn or warehouse, where cattle or forklifts may run into the lower portion of the walls, and pressure washing may be a daily need.

A theft-proof packaging system includes a product package including a compartment configured to encapsulate a product. The compartment is in a non-surrounding environmental state, the non-surrounding environmental state being either pneumatically pressurized above a surrounding environment or pneumatically vacuumized below the surrounding environment. A pressure sensor inside the compartment includes a switch, the switch configured to disconnect and connect a power source to a transmitter, wherein the switch is configured to disconnect the power source from the transmitter in the presence of the non-surrounding environmental state inside the compartment and the switch is configured to connect the power source to the transmitter when the compartment equalizes to the surrounding environment. A receiving unit is disposed remote from the product package and receives the signal from the transmitter and sounds an alarm. A passive RFID tag may be located within the compartment and detected when passing through a walk-through scanner.

A panel may be configured with panel mounts by forming a panel connector accepting slot in the panel and then locating connector mounts in the slot. In another embodiment, a panel may be configured with panel connector mounts by milling a panel to leave areas of panel material which form the mounts and milling the panel behind to connector mounts to define areas for accepting portions of the panel connector. Panels having the defined connector mounts may be connected by one or more panel connectors which engage the connector mounts.
