Each wall includes panels each defining an axis and having first and second ends, inner and outer sides, top and bottom surfaces, an upper notch formed through the top surface, and a lower notch formed through the bottom surface. Each notch is spaced inwardly along the axis from at least one end. The panels include first and second panels. The lower notch of the first panel mates with the upper notch of the second panel to form an interlocking joint to interconnect the first and second panels and form adjacent interconnected walls of the building assembly.
CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER WALL PANEL SYSTEM
In one aspect, a wall panel is provided that includes a cross laminated timber panel, a first extrusion, and a second extrusion. The cross laminated timber panel includes a top side, a bottom side, a first side, and a second side. The panel also includes a notch in the bottom side and a T-flange on the top side. A wall system is provided comprising a plurality of wall panels. A method of installing the wall panel system is also provided.
System and method of interlocking wall panels
An interconnectable wall panel system and method of forming and assembling the same are provided. A plurality of wall panels are provided that are interconnectable in a predetermined manner and arrangement, and wherein the wall panels comprise features for enhancing ease and accuracy of assembly. Wall panel members of the present disclosure are suitable for use in constructing modular building units, such as bathroom pods.
Universal mounting system
A universal mounting system can include: a mount, a bracket, and a panel. The mount includes a horizontal flange defining a first array of bores; a vertical flange extending below and substantially perpendicular to the horizontal flange and defining an outer broad face and a second array of bores across the outer broad face; a vertical capture channel arranged on the outer broad face; an upper threaded fastener captured by the vertical capture channel; and a lower threaded fastener captured by the vertical capture channel below the upper threaded fastener. The bracket includes a first slot and a second slot; and an upper receiver and a lower receiver offset below the upper receiver arranged perpendicular to the first and second slot. The bracket is configured to fasten to the upper threaded fastener via the first slot and to fasten to the lower threaded fastener via the second slot.
PANEL SYSTEM AND SUPPORT MEMBER FOR USE WITH THE SAME
A building panel system is provided that includes a perimeter frame; a main beam attached to the perimeter frame; a carrier attached to the main beam, the carrier having a plurality of identical hook members, each of the hook members having a protruding hooking portion on only a first side of the hook member, and a non-hooking portion on a second side of the hook member, the second side being opposite the first side; and a plurality of panels removably attached to the carrier, each of the panels being attached to the carrier by engaging one of the hooking portions.
Systems and methods for controlling the operation of a movable panel wall system
A movable wall panel system is disclosed. The movable wall panel system may include at least one monitoring system to monitor at least one area adjacent the movable wall panel system. The movable wall panel system may include a touch screen as part of an operator interface.
PANELIZED WARP-CORNER FOR BUILDINGS
A corner construction with improved warping flexibility may feature two panels, or walls, hinged together to form a corner and then hinged to the underlying building structure or adjacent wall construction. Any flexible connection between the two panels in the central corner and the panels and underlying building structure or wall construction may be utilized, including hinges and flexible plate supports.
Modular enclosures for temperature-sensitive components
Disclosed herein are modular enclosures for temperature-sensitive components that include a modular wall section some of which include a vertical support panel, a vertical strut channel connected to the vertical support panel, and a temperature-sensitive component connected to the vertical strut channel.
Profile and construction element set for arranging a component for drywall construction, and drywall formed therewith
The invention relates to a profile for arranging a component for a drywall construction, in particular a profile for a preferably ceiling-side fastening of a drywall, preferably a profile for a drywall comprising a panelled stud frame. Furthermore, the invention relates to a construction element set and to a drywall having such a profile. The invention provides a profile of the aforementioned generic type that can accommodate a possible relative movement of components of a drywall construction in an improved manner. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the profile has, in its cross section, substantially a U shape which comprises a web and two adjoining flanges, wherein the flanges are each designed to be resilient to the same degree and/or in the same manner in the direction which is substantially orthogonal to the web surface.
System for coupling two prefabricated panels for construction
The present invention relates to an improved system for coupling prefabricated construction panels. The system comprises: a first prefabricated panel (1) and a second prefabricated panel (2) having a first groove (1A) shaped with a dove-tail cross-section and a second groove (1A) shaped with a dove-tail cross-section, each groove (1A, 1A) being formed by a first oblique side (11,11) having a first end and a second end, a second oblique side (12,12) having a first end and a second end, and a third side (13, 13) connecting the first end of said first oblique side (11, 11) to the first end of said second oblique side (12, 12), at least one coupling element (2) for coupling said first prefabricated panel (1) to said second prefabricated panel (2), a plate key (3), integral with said coupling element (2), configured to rotate said coupling element (2) from a rest position, wherein said prefabricated panels are not coupled by said coupling element, to a locking position, wherein said prefabricated panels are coupled together and locked in a fixed position between them by said coupling element, and vice versa. In particular, each oblique side (11, 12) of said first groove (1A) has respectively a first relief (11A) and a second relief (12A) arranged at the second end of a respective oblique side (11, 12) respectively, and protrudes in such a way as to form respectively a first step (111) and a second step (121) with the respective oblique side, wherein said first relief (111) faces said second relief (121). Each oblique side (11, 12) of said second groove (1A) has respectively a third relief (11A) and a fourth relief (12A) arranged at the second end of a respective oblique side (11, 12) of said second groove (1A) and protrudes to form a third step (111) and a fourth step (121) respectively with the respective oblique side, wherein said third relief (111) faces said fourth relief (121).
