MODULAR WALL SYSTEM
A wall panel of a moveable and demountable frameless wall panel system that is secured between a floor of a room and a ceiling rail secured to a ceiling of the room. The wall panel includes a frameless panel, an upper clamp assembly, a ceiling track configured to be removably inserted into the ceiling rail, a lower clamp assembly, a first height adjustment mechanism secured to the lower clamp assembly, a second height adjustment mechanism, and a bottom floor channel receiving the first height and second height adjustment mechanisms.
FASTENER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A fastening system for joining a first structural member end-on to a second structural member is provided. The fastening system includes a latching device comprising at least one eccentric rotatable part and at least one generally S shaped latch spring hook joined to the rotatable part, and a receiver having at least one hole configured to receive a free end of the latch spring hook. The latching device is fixed to an end of a first structural member and the receiver is fixed to a side of a second structural member. The first structural member may be joined end-on to the second structural member by positioning the latching device on the first structural member adjacent to the receiver of the second structural member and rotating the rotatable part to cause the free end of the latch spring hook to engage the hole in the receiver. Further rotation of the eccentric rotatable part causes the latch spring hook to exert a pulling force, thereby joining the structural members together.
Partition panel having leg with rotation stopper
This panel (1) has a panel body (10) and a leg (20) that supports the panel body (10). The leg (20) has a shaft (22) that is inserted into the panel body (10), and a leg body (21) to which the shaft (22) is fixed and that is disposed outside of the panel body (10). The leg body (21) is provided with a first rotation stopper (31) that is in direct contact with at least either one of the front face (10A) and the back face (10B) of a panel face of the panel body (10) and that stops rotation of the panel body (10) in one direction around the shaft (22), and a second rotation stopper (32) that is configured to stop the rotation of the panel body (10) in the direction opposite to the one direction.
LEVELING PARTITION MOUNTING SYSTEM
A system for leveling and securing a partition, including a base or shoe for receiving the partition, and a channel or slot formed in the base by at least a first sidewall, an opposing second sidewall, and a lower wall positioned at least in part between the first and second sidewalls. The system further includes a rocker assembly and a clamp assembly positioned within the slot. The rocker assembly includes a stationary component positioned adjacent the first sidewall and a pivoting component pivotably connected to the stationary component on a side of the stationary component opposite the first sidewall. The clamp assembly may include a stationary block adjacent the second sidewall, a first sliding block slidably connected to the stationary block and adjustable by a first fastener, and a second sliding block slidably connected to the stationary block and adjustable by a second fastener.
Reconfigurable wall hanger mounting system
A reconfigurable wall hanger mounting system having a plurality of different types of interchangeable wall modules with different types of compatible connection components, each connection component being configured to align with another connection component at an interface. A channel is formed between two connection components in which a support rail or other accessory may be secured to support a ceiling. Another channel is defined by the connection component that can receive other accessories and accessory mounting mechanisms. A door-opening header module may be secured to a connection component so that a flush surface between the support rail, ceiling, and door-opening header module is created across the top of a door-opening in the reconfigurable wall system.
Moveable barrier system to provide bullet-proof shelter
A moveable barrier system comprising a first panel having a first vertical edge and a second vertical edge, the first vertical edge rotatably coupled to a first vertical surface along a first axis, and a second panel having a third vertical edge and a fourth vertical edge, the third vertical edge of the second panel rotatably coupled to the second vertical edge of the first panel, the fourth vertical edge of the second panel removably coupled to a second vertical surface. Each of the first and second panel have a structural layer that forms a vertical plane, spanning the first vertical edge and the second vertical edge, and a projectile resistant layer that is resistant to projectile impact. The first panel and the second panel are configured to move from a stored position into an active position when in use.
RETRACTABLE PANEL SYSTEM
A system comprises a retractable panel structure, for example a screen/wall/divider/partition that can be rolled up and that can be unrolled. The panel structure comprises a back face (47) and a front face (48) that are spaced-apart from each other. The front face (48) is at least partly formed of an array of strips (23, 40) that are separate from each other and that move apart to allow the panel structure to be rolled up and wherein the back face (47) forms hinges that connect the strips (23, 40) together and that are capable of flexing to allow the said strips (23, 40) to move apart when the sheet is rolled up.
LEVELING ASSEMBLY
A leveling assembly for leveling a bottom edge of an interior wall panel includes an elongate floor channel secured to the floor, a floor rail at least partially disposed with the floor channel, at least one panel support positioned within the floor rail for supporting the bottom edge of the interior wall panel, and at least one leveler at least partially located within the floor rail. The levelers each include a head removably secured to the floor channel, a threaded adjustment rod projecting from the head, and a rail support having a collar and support shoulder extending outwardly from the collar. The collar passes through an aperture defined in a horizontal portion of the floor rail and is threadedly engaged with the adjustment rod. The support shoulder supports the floor rail. The adjustment rod is rotated to vary a vertical distance between the floor rail and the floor channel.
DEMOUNTABLE WALL PARTITION SYSTEM
A demountable wall partition system includes a first and a second demountable partition panel each including a board and having a front surface and a rear surface, and a flange connection element. At least one panel mount bracket is connected to each board and protrudes from the rear surface and includes a first end flange extending in a first flange plane parallel with the rear surface of the board and a second end flange. The panels are arranged spaced apart with the rear surfaces facing each other such that the at least one panel mount bracket of the respective panel form at least one pair of aligned panel mount brackets, wherein said brackets are connected to each other by means of the flange connection element which is connected to the end flanges of the brackets such that the flange connection element is supported by the brackets.
