Partition panel
11933047 · 2024-03-19 · ·

A panel for forming part of a partition is disclosed. The partition may, for example, be a roof, a wall or a floor of a building. The panel comprises: a central panel; two support members; and a resiliently compressible portion. The two support members are disposed on opposed sides of the central panel, each of the two support members extending generally perpendicularly to a plane of the central panel. The resiliently compressible portion is arranged between the two support members such that a distance between the two support members can be reduced by compressing the resiliently compressible portion.

TRACK SYSTEM FOR DOUBLE BUTT JOINT GLASS T-CONNECTIONS
20240084589 · 2024-03-14 ·

A system and apparatus for construction interior glass partitions in a double butt joint glass T-connection using a generally U-shaped horizontal track profile pre-scored lengthwise with a frangible line to provide for portions of the side walls to be easily cut and removed for insertion of a ninety-degree return track element. The system and method make T-connections of double glass partitions economical to fabricate and install.

Sliding door for use in a modular wall system

Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed toward apparatuses, systems, and methods for a modular wall system. The modular wall system may include a panel frame; a sliding door including a first vertical side, a second vertical side, an upper surface, and a lower surface; sliding door hardware coupled to the upper surface of the sliding door configured to translate the sliding door within the panel frame; and a sliding track seal arranged with the header including a substantially linear portion extending from the header and a curved portion configured to maintain contact with the sliding door in a closed configuration, an open configuration, and in transitioning between the open configuration and the closed configuration.

Demountable wall system

A demountable modular wall system for a building having a floor and a ceiling. The system includes panels having a top end and a bottom end with a movement direction defined perpendicularly therebetween. A height adjustment mechanism is positioned between the bottom end of one of the panels and the floor. The height adjustment mechanism has a mounting bracket that sandwiches the bottom end of the one of the panels. The height adjustment mechanism includes a receiving cylinder that threadingly engages with a first member. The first member also threadingly engages with a second member positioned between the first member and the floor. The first member is moveable relative to the receiving cylinder in the movement direction such that rotation of the first member selectively adjusts the height of the one of the panels.

Cleanroom panel system

The system includes a plurality of panels made of a thermoplastic material. The panels have a hermetically-sealed connection between them using a plurality of first thermoplastic welded junctions. The system further includes a plurality of elongated snap-in panel anchoring units. Each unit including complementary first and second members to be latched together through an interfering engagement. At least the first member of each snap-in panel anchoring unit is made of a thermoplastic material and these first members are attached to the outboard major surface of the panels using a plurality of second thermoplastic welded junctions.

PARTITION

A partition including, but not limited to, a first body comprising a planar, foldable material. The partition further comprises a plurality of flat substrates resistant to folding. The partition further comprising an adhesive. The substrates are adhered to the first body by the adhesive and arranged in a repeating pattern that defines a plurality of columns and rows. Each column and each row is spaced apart from its neighbor, thus defining longitudinal gaps between the columns and lateral gaps between the rows. The first body folds laterally along the longitudinal gaps in an accordion-like manner and contemporaneously folds longitudinally along the lateral gaps in an accordion-like manner. The partition contracts both laterally and longitudinally when first body contemporaneously folds laterally and longitudinally. The partition extends both laterally and longitudinally when the first body contemporaneously unfolds laterally and longitudinally.

WALL PANEL
20240125117 · 2024-04-18 ·

A prefabricated wall panel is described, said panel comprising: a rear board; a front board forming an internal face for a room, said front board spaced away from said rear board to form a cavity; and a first side stud and a second side stud, each side stud connected to the front and rear boards on opposing sides of the cavity; and a wireway disposed within the cavity, wherein the wireway runs substantially from a base of the wall panel to a top of the wall panel to allow services to pass through the panel, and wherein the wireway constrains cabling of the services therein; and wherein the first side stud comprises a male mating means and the second side stud comprises a female mating means such that the prefabricated wall panel can mate with an adjacent prefabricated wall panel to form a continuous internal wall surface.

RECONFIGURABLE WALL HANGER MOUNTING SYSTEM
20190316349 · 2019-10-17 ·

A reconfigurable wall hanger mounting system having a plurality of different types of interchangeable wall modules with different types of compatible connection components, each connection component being configured to align with another connection component at an interface. A channel is formed between two connection components in which a support rail or other accessory may be secured to support a ceiling. Another channel is defined by the connection component that can receive other accessories and accessory mounting mechanisms. A door-opening header module may be secured to a connection component so that a flush surface between the support rail, ceiling, and door-opening header module is created across the top of a door-opening in the reconfigurable wall system.

STRUCTURAL ELEMENT FOR SECURING GLASS PARTITIONS
20190292777 · 2019-09-26 ·

Disclosed is a structural element for securing glass screens, which is formed by: a metal support profile in which is located a seating zone of the glass, the end of the profile including a vertical rib preceded by a rectangular groove and a second V groove; a closing metal profile including an L-shaped protrusion that can be coupled to the vertical rib, the end of the projection being inserted into the rectangular groove and a V rib that sits in the V groove; and an elastic profile in T whose having a vertical section formed by two or more parallel walls through which pass two or more inclined planes that protrude through the sides.

Reconfigurable wall panels

Reinforced panels include a layer of glass joined to a substrate to support the glass. Connectors are joined to the side of the substrate opposite the glass to enable the reinforced panel to be configured with and/or attached to a modular wall system. The glass can be backpainted prior to joining to the substrate, and/or a film can be included in the reinforced tile disposed between the glass panel and the substrate. A reinforced panel includes a conductive material disposed between a glass layer and a substrate to form a touch-responsive section. One or more intermediate layers disposed between the glass layer and the substrate are included. The one or more intermediate layers have sufficient elastic deformability so as to enable the reinforced panel to tolerate differences in thermal expansion between the substrate and the glass layer without resulting in cracking of the glass layer.
