Interface for mounting interchangable components
An interface for mounting interchangeable components and systems and methods implementing the same, including reconfigurable modular wall systems having a plurality of different types of interchangeable wall modules with different types of compatible connection components, each connection component being configured to align with another connection component at an interface to form an interface connection for securing the connection components together with one or more universal connection interface members. The interface is configured for on-demand reconfiguration without laborious alteration to aspects of the walls system, modules, and components thereof. Reconfiguration of modules is facilitated by removing the universal connection interface member from the interface connection, thereby releasing the attachment mechanism and allowing rearrangement of the module(s). Replacement of the universal connection interface member secures the reconfigured modules in place in the rearranged wall system.
Glass substrates with touchscreen technology
Embodiments are generally directed to modular wall systems. Such modular wall systems include a modular frame, one or more tiles attached to the modular frame, a decorative panel positioned between at least one of the tiles and an inter-connected conductive plate, and conductive plates that are configured to hold an electrical potential and detect an electrical capacitance through the decorative panel at an identified position on the conductive plate when touched. In another embodiment, a modular wall system includes a modular frame, tiles attached to the modular frame, conductive plates that have pockets formed therein, and an inductive plate disposed in the pocket of the conductive plate. As such, the inductive plate provides a hidden switching location that, when activated, triggers transmission of a signal to a specified destination.
Modular panel system and a wall installation method
The present invention relates to the construction industry, and in particular to laboratories, hospitals, food production areas and other places where asepsis is required. Specifically, it relates to a modular construction system based on self-supporting panels, which have post-formed exterior surfaces and are complemented with corner components of similar construction to build hermetic, waterproof and insulating walls that have smooth surfaces. For this, there is a modular system of panels for forming aseptic spaces within an enclosure and a method of installing a clean room wall by means of a modular system of panels to form aseptic spaces inside an enclosure.
Modular wall panels and system
Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. Frame component may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof. Each end of the frame components may have at least one fastener or at least one corresponding receiver to selectively connect adjacent frame components end on end in forming a frame, including corners. Frames can thus be assembled in the field and are fully customizable. A hub may be utilized with multiple sides having fastener(s) or receiver(s) to interconnect frame components. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames.
Structural wall panel system
A structural panel system formed from a substrate (such as cement board or paper) and structural metal studs (such as lightweight galvanized steel members), where the metal studs are embedded within an insulating core that is formed onto the substrate, where the metal studs are gapped from the inner surface of the substrate to prevent thermal energy from transferring from the substrate to the metal stud or vice versa. In addition, parallel assembly slots may be formed in the gap at the top and bottom ends of each panel assembly to provide connective access to the top and bottom ends of the metal studs for structural connection to the foundation at the bottom or other overhead structure at the top via connective components. The connective components include a bottom U-channel member and a top U-channel member that are configured to fit into the parallel assembly slots.
MODULAR WALL SYSTEM
A wall panel of a moveable and demountable frameless wall panel system that is secured between a floor of a room and a ceiling rail secured to a ceiling of the room. The wall panel includes a frameless panel, an upper clamp assembly, a ceiling track configured to be removably inserted into the ceiling rail, a lower clamp assembly, a first height adjustment mechanism secured to the lower clamp assembly, a second height adjustment mechanism, and a bottom floor channel receiving the first height and second height adjustment mechanisms.
MODULAR PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR AN ENCLOSURE
A modular panel assembly for use with, e.g., a shower enclosure. The modular panel assembly includes a plurality of panels, each panel having a first side surface and a second side surface. The modular panel assembly also include a plurality of channel members, wherein each channel member is configured to be coupled to an edge portion of one or more panels. Additionally, a plurality of brackets are provided, wherein each bracket is configured to hold both the first side surface and the second side surface of two or more of the plurality of panels and an end portion of one or more of the plurality of channel members.
