A system for enhancing sound provided by at least a first and a second speaker driver symmetrically positioned relative to a first side and a second side of a listener. The system includes a enclosure structure having a first portion relative to the first speaker driver and the first side of the listener, including a material having a sound reflective surface, and positioned between a first area proximate the first speaker driver and a second area proximate the first side of the listener. The enclosure structure also has a second portion relative to the second speaker driver and the second side of the listener, including a material having a sound reflective surface, and positioned between a third area proximate the second speaker driver and a fourth area proximate the second side of the listener.

The present invention provides a system and method for segmenting spaces. The system may provide an aluminum extrusion system for supporting rigid and flexible panels. The aluminum extrusion system may comprise a custom designed aluminum extrusion that may mount flexible or rigid substrates with interlocking bases and connectors. The system is design to be capable of effectively blending with the existing décor. The aluminum extrusion system provides a method for segmenting space to maximize the functional space which may be utilized, in a way that is attractive, functional, temporary or permanent, and portable.

A deployable personal safety shield comprises a pair of longitudinally elongated members; a pair of bases for supporting the elongated members in an upstanding orientation; and a flexible member connectable the elongated members and extendable therebetween to provide an upstanding shield when the longitudinal members are spaced apart and supported by the bases.

This invention relates to privacy screens, specifically, portable privacy screens with an integrated vertical height measuring tool. A portable lightweight privacy screen that can be conveniently carried and assembled and disassembled. The privacy module has one ruled segmented crown and one ruled segmented base which are identical and interchangeable with each other. They are each considered a single unit that is detachably connected together by a plurality of tubular couplers and bungee cord. The privacy module also has a plurality of ruled segmented supporting poles which are identical and interchangeable with each other. Each is considered a single unit that is detachably connected together by a plurality of tubular couplers and bungee cord. The present invention provides the collapsibility aspect by attaching bungee cord at two points on each of the separate units, giving the user the quick ease of assembling and disassembling of the structure. Further intent of the present invention is to increase the privacy area for the user, by providing a plurality of walls. The design of the present invention to provide privacy on a plurality of sides is also facilitated by an easily detachable fabric cover, interlaced with elastic from end to end, on top and bottom, which attaches and secures the fabric cover at a plurality of points by an elastic loop on the ends of the ruled segmented crown and ruled segmented base. The present invention also provides the option of attaching a plurality of privacy module together. The present invention also presents an integrated means of measuring a person's standing height by adding graduating marks to the segmented supporting poles, as well as to the segmented crown and the segmented base. Height indicator marks are placed on top of the ruled segmented crown in conjunction with the ruled segmented supporting poles, to align them with the vertically placed ruled auxiliary arm, for height extensions above 6-feet.

A curtain assembly has a plurality of sleeves through which the plurality of poles extends. The curtain assembly has a lowermost edge. An upper lock pin is attached to an upper end of a first pole of the plurality of poles and is movable between a raised lock position and a lowered unlock position relative to the first pole, the upper lock pin to be restrained when the upper lock pin is in the raised lock position, the upper lock pin to be unrestrained when the upper lock pin is in the lowered unlock position. A lower lock pin is attached to a lower end of the first pole and is movable between a descended lock position and an elevated unlock position relative to the first pole. The lower lock pin is to extend lower than the lowermost edge of the curtain assembly when the lower lock pin is in the descended lock position. The lower lock pin is to be above the lowermost edge of the curtain assembly when the lower lock pin is in the elevated unlock position.
