METHOD FOR PREVENTING USER COLLISION WHILE PLAYING IN A VIRTUAL REALITY ENVIRONMENT
A system for generating a virtual reality environment includes a mocap suit having a plurality of sensors for generating at least one mocap suit output responsive to movement of an individual within the mocap suit within the virtual reality environment. At least one virtual reality player headset generates at least one virtual reality headset output responsive to actions of a player within the virtual reality environment. A virtual reality controller receives the at least one mocap suit output and the at least one virtual reality headset output and generates the virtual reality environment for display in the at least one virtual reality player headset. The virtual reality controller selectively generates an avatar associated with the mocap suit responsive to the at least one mocap suit output. The avatar being selectively inserted into the virtual reality world responsive to a first input and selectively removed from the virtual reality environment responsive to a second input.
System and method of reconfiguring a modular wall
A method of reconfiguring a modular wall is provided. The modular wall comprises a panel receiver structure with a panel receiving channel; a vertical panel received in the channel of the panel receiver structure; and a first and second fascia trim members. Each of the first and second fascia trim members is configured to be removably attached to opposing first and second sides of the panel receiver structure. The fascia trim members are configured to conceal the panel receiver structure. The method comprises removing at least the second fascia trim member; positioning a second panel receiver structure on the second side of the panel receiver structure, the second panel receiver structure having a second panel receiving channel; positioning a second vertical panel in the second panel receiving channel to be parallel to the vertical panel; and re-installing the removed second fascia trim member to the second panel receiver structure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF RECONFIGURING A MODULAR WALL
A height adjustment device for adjusting a panel of a modular wall. The height adjustment device comprises an upper wedge member having a plurality of teeth on a lower angled surface thereof and a lower wedge member having a plurality of teeth on an upper angled surface thereof, the lower wedge member being positioned for supporting the upper wedge member. The upper wedge member is positioned for supporting the panel. The teeth on the upper and lower angled surfaces are interengaged with one another to prevent relative movement of the wedge members to fix a height of the panel. The teeth are disengageable to enable adjustment movement between the wedge members to vary the height of the panel.
