Power rail system
A power rail system including a rail assembly, which includes a sidewall, a first interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the first interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly, an opening in communication with the first interior compartment, the opening positioned along the sidewall, and a second interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the second interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly and configured to receive the connector member therein. The power rail system can further include an electrical outlet assembly positionable within the first interior compartment. Further, various accessories, such as privacy screens, can be supported by the rail assembly. Still further, multiple rail assemblies can be connected together to customize the size and/or configuration of the power rail system.
MODULAR WORKSPACE SYSTEM
A modular workspace system employs a plurality of interchangeable posts, beams/rails, and panels, permitting assembly of modular rooms and modular room structures of varying size, shape, and purpose. Wire management openings permit internal wire management.
CONSTRUCTION FRAME AND SYSTEM COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE CONSTRUCTION FRAME
The present invention provides a construction frame comprising a front side, a back side, and a side part, wherein said construction frame further at least one receptacle in the side part. Further, a system comprising at least one construction frame according to the invention is provided. In a preferred embodiment said system comprises at least two construction frames which are connected by at least one connector, which is inserted in the at least one receptacle of each construction frame.
MODULAR EQUIPMENT PLATFORM AND RELATED METHOD THEREOF
A modular, self-contained unit that includes utility input and output connections and connective pathways in communication with the input and output connections that provide an internal flowpath for utilities such as, but not limited to, chilled and heated domestic water, chilled water, processed chilled water, compressed air, various gaseous services, electricity, and digital data communications. The internal flowpaths may also comprise a service pathway in communication with an isolation component that allows control and use of the utility by an end user (or other end-user equipment, end-user systems, or end-use devices). The self-contained modular units may be directly or indirectly in communication with similar self-contained modular units, such that the utility services may flow through and into multiple units. The self-contained units may be moved manually, automatically, or electrically through various implements, and the self-contained units may be sized to allow easy entry into spaces through standard openings to the spaces.
HANGING WALL SYSTEMS WITH DIFFUSE LIGHTING
The organization of a room is challenging when the use of space can vary. A hanging wall system or hanging partition system is provided to divide the space in a room. The hanging wall system includes a light system that illuminates the space and diffuses the light. The hanging wall system includes an exterior body defining a void therein and an internal structure positioned within the void. The internal structure includes one or more lights that illuminate the exterior body. Hanging supports, such as wires, extend from the top of the internal structure. The internal structure supports the exterior body.
MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS
A modular wall structure can include a first modular unit having a first face defined by a first perimeter and a second modular unit having a second face defined by a second perimeter. The first modular unit can be operably and selectively coupled to the second modular unit. Base units can be provided to support the first and second modular units.

MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS HAVING THICK AND THIN WALLS
A pre-fabricated wall system that joins wall modules of different thicknesses can include a thin wall module having a depth defined by a distance from a front face thereof to a back face thereof, a thick wall module having a depth that is greater than the depth of the thin wall module, and a vertical connection post. The vertical connection post can include a first connection interface on a first side configured to secure to the thin wall module and a second connection interface on a second side opposite the first side configured to secure to the thick wall module. The thin wall module and the thick wall module can be arranged parallel or co-planar to None another when both the thin wall module and the thick wall module are secured to the vertical connection post.
Modular Wall Panels and System
Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. The frame components may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof to collectively form a frame which may include corners. Each frame component includes an outer surface with at least one aperture configured to receive and retain an insert therein. The apertures are also configured to permit a cable(s) to pass therethrough for running cables and such through the interior of the wall panel. Connectors and spacers may be inserted into the apertures as inserts and bridge between adjacent panels to selectively connect the panels. Caps may be placed in empty apertures to cover the openings for aesthetic purposes. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames.
