Water pipe retainer
A retainer for securing conduit or wire to an opening in metal stud includes a pair of outer retaining portions for securing the retainer to the metal stud. Each outer retaining portion includes a groove for receiving an edge of a panel of the metal stud. An inner retaining portion includes a base connecting the pair of outer retaining portions to one another. The inner retaining portion further includes a pair of retention members defining a retention area therebetween in which a conduit can be secured. Each retention member includes a flexible arm. Each of the outer retaining portions extends away from the base to a free end.
Partition panel having leg with rotation stopper
This panel (1) has a panel body (10) and a leg (20) that supports the panel body (10). The leg (20) has a shaft (22) that is inserted into the panel body (10), and a leg body (21) to which the shaft (22) is fixed and that is disposed outside of the panel body (10). The leg body (21) is provided with a first rotation stopper (31) that is in direct contact with at least either one of the front face (10A) and the back face (10B) of a panel face of the panel body (10) and that stops rotation of the panel body (10) in one direction around the shaft (22), and a second rotation stopper (32) that is configured to stop the rotation of the panel body (10) in the direction opposite to the one direction.
Profiled section element with stepped sidewall
An elongate profiled section element for a mounting system includes a bottom, a top section opposite the bottom, and sidewalls extending from the bottom to the top section. The top section includes two flanges which extend from the side walls and delimit between them a longitudinal slot. The top section has a smaller width than the bottom. At least one of the side walls is a stepped sidewall having a stepped shape seen in cross section. The stepped sidewall has two wall sections facing the opposite sidewall and an intermediate wall section substantially parallel to the bottom. The intermediate wall section is provided with a row of holes and the bottom is provided with a row of holes aligned therewith, said holes being adapted to cooperate with a self tapping screw.
Framing assembly with modular connectors
Embodiments of a framing assembly including modular connectors for interconnecting components of the framing assembly are disclosed.
DEVICES AND METHODS TO PROVIDE AIR CIRCULATION SPACE PROXIMATE TO INSULATION MATERIAL
Devices and associated methods are provided for improving ventilation of insulation material and building construction and renovation. Specifically, the present disclosure includes devices and system(s) to achieve the ventilation of exterior walls and roofs. Components of the system(s) consider shut-down of the ventilation process when it is not necessary, such as in winter, and in the event of fire, where the prevention of vertical and horizontal fire spread is desired.
Collaborative workstation system with interchangeable mobile workstations
A collaborative mobile workstation system enables users of the workstations to position and reposition their own workstation in a few minutes or less, without requiring substantial disassembly and reassembly. The system enables arrangements that promote collaboration but that can also include open workstations and semi-private workstation formations with four or more substantive walls around a work surface. Each of the mobile workstations within the system is interchangeable with one another.
MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS
A modular wall structure can include a first modular unit having a first face defined by a first perimeter and a second modular unit having a second face defined by a second perimeter. The first modular unit can be operably and selectively coupled to the second modular unit. Base units can be provided to support the first and second modular units.
FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE PARTITION SYSTEM
A partition assembly includes partitions hingedly connected in series. The partitions include a frame with a spaced upright member, a mounting assembly, and upper and lower cross members connecting the upright members. One or both cross members include power and/or data ports. Panels disposed on either side of the frame are movable between upper and lower positions, providing access to the ports. Upper and lower hinge assemblies connect the partitions. The hinge assemblies include gear arms fixed to the upright members with gear heads extending away from the partition that engage the gear head of an adjacent partition. The upright members include aligned apertures defining ports providing a cable passageway from the interior of adjacent partitions. End foot assemblies extend from the ends of the partition assembly and interior foot assemblies extends from between the geared connections of the partitions.
SUBARCHITECTURAL OFFICE SYSTEM
A subarchitectural office system including a first subarchitectural wall, a second subarchitectural wall, and a single arch extending between the first and second subarchitectural walls. The single arch including a first vertical post, a second vertical post, and a first overhead beam. The subarchitectural office system also includes a double arch extending between the first and second subarchitectural walls. The double arch includes a third vertical post, a fourth vertical post, a fifth vertical post, a second overhead beam, and a third overhead beam.
QUICK ASSEMBLE WALL SYSTEM, AND RELATED METHODS
A wall panel for a quick assemble wall system may include a first upright post and a second upright post. The wall panel may also include a lower stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post and an upper stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post. The wall panel may include at least one frame for placement within the first vertical post, the second vertical post, the lower stretcher, and the upper stretcher. The wall panel may include a first retractable latch located on the at least one frame, the first retractable latch adapted to engage at least one of the first upright post, second upright post, lower stretcher, or upper stretcher. A frame for a quick assemble wall system and a method of assembling a quick assemble wall system are also described.
