PANEL
This panel (1) has a panel body (10) and a leg (20) that supports the panel body (10). The leg (20) has a shaft (22) that is inserted into the panel body (10), and a leg body (21) to which the shaft (22) is fixed and that is disposed outside of the panel body (10). The leg body (21) is provided with a first rotation stopper (31) that is in direct contact with at least either one of the front face (10A) and the back face (10B) of a panel face of the panel body (10) and that stops rotation of the panel body (10) in one direction around the shaft (22), and a second rotation stopper (32) that is configured to stop the rotation of the panel body (10) in the direction opposite to the one direction.
Varied length metal studs
A stud such as a light-weight metal stud can include a first elongated channel member and a second elongated channel member coupled to the first elongated channel member by a wire matrix, where ends of the wire matrix are located at ends of the first and second channel members. A pitch of the wire matrix can vary over the length of the stud. Two or more such studs can have different lengths where a difference in the lengths is not a multiple of the pitch.
MED-GAS PANEL CONNECTORS FOR RECONFIGURABLE WALLS
A medical-gas panel connector system includes a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes a horizontal frame member, a vertical frame member connected to the horizontal frame member, and a ceiling integration assembly. The medical-gas panel connector system also includes a medical-gas outlet removably secured to at least one of the horizontal frame member and the vertical frame member via a bracket. In addition, a manifold is removably secured to the ceiling integration assembly, the manifold being at least partially disposed inside the medical-gas panel connector system, and a flexible gas line connects the manifold to the medical-gas outlet. The medical-gas panel connector can be reconfigured and rearranged within a modular wall system.
FRAMING ASSEMBLY WITH MODULAR CONNECTORS
Embodiments of a framing assembly including modular connectors for interconnecting components of the framing assembly are disclosed.
Subarchitectural office system
A subarchitectural office system including a subarchitectural wall having a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge opposite the first side edge. The subarchitectural office system also includes a first arch adjacent the first side edge of the subarchitectural wall and a second arch adjacent the second side edge of the subarchitectural wall. The first and second arches both include a first vertical post adjacent the respective side edge of the subarchitectural wall, an overhead beam with a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first end of the overhead beam is coupled to the first vertical post and the overhead beam extends outwardly from the first vertical post. The first and second arches also include a second vertical post positioned away from the subarchitectural wall and coupled to the second end of the overhead beam.
Profiled section element with stepped sidewall
An elongate profiled section element for a mounting system includes a bottom, a top side opposite the bottom, and sidewalls extending from the bottom to the top side. The top side includes two flanges which extend from the side walls and delimit between them a longitudinal slot. The top side has a smaller width than the bottom. At least one of the side walls is a stepped sidewall having a stepped shape seen in cross section. The stepped sidewall has two wall sections facing the opposite sidewall and an intermediate wall section substantially parallel to the bottom. The intermediate wall section is provided with a row of holes and the bottom is provided with a row of holes aligned therewith, said holes being adapted to cooperate with a self tapping screw.
Modular Wall Panels and System
Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. Frame component may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof. Each end of the frame components may have at least one fastener or at least one corresponding receiver to selectively connect adjacent frame components end on end in forming a frame, including corners. Frames can thus be assembled in the field and are fully customizable. A hub may be utilized with multiple sides having fastener(s) or receiver(s) to interconnect frame components. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames.
Modular Wall Panels and System
Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. Each frame component includes an outer surface with at least one aperture configured to receive and retain an insert therein. The apertures are also configured to permit a cable(s) to pass therethrough for running cables and such through the interior of the wall panel. The frame components may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof to collectively form a frame which may include corners. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames. Connectors and spacers may be inserted into the apertures as inserts and bridge between adjacent panels to selectively connect the panels. Caps may be placed in empty apertures to cover the openings for aesthetic purposes.
Quick assemble wall system, and related methods
A wall panel for a quick assemble wall system may include a first upright post and a second upright post. The wall panel may also include a lower stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post and an upper stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post. The wall panel may include at least one frame for placement within the first vertical post, the second vertical post, the lower stretcher, and the upper stretcher. The wall panel may include a first retractable latch located on the at least one frame, the first retractable latch adapted to engage at least one of the first upright post, second upright post, lower stretcher, or upper stretcher. A frame for a quick assemble wall system and a method of assembling a quick assemble wall system are also described.
Prefabricated wall for interior and construction method therefor
Provided is a prefabricated wall for interior, which partitions the indoor space of a building, the prefabricated wall comprising: a runner installed to face a ceiling and a floor; a plurality of studs vertically installed and fixed on both width-wise sides of the runner; and a finishing panel coupled to the plurality of studs, wherein each of the plurality of studs includes a pair of coupling grooves extending in parallel to each other in the lengthwise direction, the finishing panel includes a pair of elastic coupling members which are fixedly coupled to both ends of left and right sides of the inner side surface thereof so as to extend in a vertical direction, and the finishing panel is installed on front surface portions of the plurality of studs by inserting and coupling the elastic coupling members into the coupling grooves. Therefore, the present invention minimizes the use of screws to facilitate the installation/disassembly and reassembly of a wall, allows a small number of personnel to simultaneously perform the installation or disassembly work, reduces labor costs, and can shorten the construction period.
