Integrated reconfigurable wall system
A movable reconfigurable wall system having at least one module having a front and rear surface, the at least one module having: vertical end frames disposed at least at its side edges, each the vertical end frame having a vertically extending flange directed toward the front surface and a vertically extending flange directed toward the rear surface; a plurality of horizontal stringers affixed between the pair of vertical end frames; and an aesthetic surface affixed to the stringers; and a removable connecting strip, the connecting strip adapted to affix about one of the two flanges on one of the vertical end frames and join the one of the two flanges to a corresponding flange on one of a second module, a wall bracket, a finishing trim or a connection post.
Partition panel having leg with rotation stopper
This panel (1) has a panel body (10) and a leg (20) that supports the panel body (10). The leg (20) has a shaft (22) that is inserted into the panel body (10), and a leg body (21) to which the shaft (22) is fixed and that is disposed outside of the panel body (10). The leg body (21) is provided with a first rotation stopper (31) that is in direct contact with at least either one of the front face (10A) and the back face (10B) of a panel face of the panel body (10) and that stops rotation of the panel body (10) in one direction around the shaft (22), and a second rotation stopper (32) that is configured to stop the rotation of the panel body (10) in the direction opposite to the one direction.
Demountable wall system with removable cover
A demountable wall system includes a frame component that has a base. The demountable wall system also includes a biasing element and a cover that is removably coupled to the frame component. The cover includes a cover body and an engagement projection extending outwards from the cover body, and the biasing element is configured to bias the cover such that the engagement projection engages the frame component.
DEMOUNTABLE MODULAR WALL STRUCTURES
Modular structures for creating functional spaces are disclosed herein. The modular structures can include partitions, such as walls, storefronts, and/or doors that can be easily assembled in a desired space and selectively paired together to create a desired floorplan suitable for the environment. These modular structures can be used together to create a suitable layout for a co-working space, an office environment, a school, a hospital, a laboratory, a factory, and various other indoor spaces.
Lightweight wall body frame
Various embodiments regarding a lightweight wall body frame used for a clean room are described. According to an embodiment, a lightweight wall body frame may comprise: a frame body; a coupling portion comprising a coupling opening formed at the center portion of the frame body; first and second attachment surfaces formed on the outer surface of the frame body so as to attach a steel plate of the lightweight wall body; and first and second support portions formed inside the frame body and inclined so as to connect between the coupling portion and the first and second attachment surfaces and to support the same. Besides, various other embodiments are possible.
Adjustable pedestal for partition
A pedestal for supporting a partition and a method for a partition. The pedestal includes a base for mounting onto a floor, the base having a peripheral outer surface. The pedestal also includes a body having a first end opposite a second end and an inner surface proximate the first end interfacing with the base peripheral outer surface. A cap is coupled to the body proximate the second end, and a bracket is coupled to the cap for coupling with a partition. The method includes connecting a base to a floor, coupling a body of to the base, coupling a sleeve to the base on which is coupled a bracket, and coupling the partition to the bracket.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TIGHTENING A THREADED FASTENER CONNECTION IN CONCEALED WALLS AND/OR FLOORS
A threaded fastener actuator that includes a worm-gear used to transfer rotational power to an impeller gear. The impeller gear includes a polygonal channel for receiving an actuator feature included in a threaded fastener. As the worm-gear is rotated, the impeller gear rotates about a vertical movement axis, which causes the threaded fastener contained in polygonal channel to also rotate and engage with a corresponding threaded coupler.
WALL SYSTEM
A wall system includes at least one of a stud assembly, a top connector assembly, and a leveler assembly. The stud assembly is defined by a first and second upright that are attached by at least one web bracket. The web bracket includes a main body with extension arms on opposing sides. A notch is located at or near a free end of each extension arm. The notches are to be removably inserted over an edge of a respective aperture located on each of the first and second uprights. The top connector assembly includes a holder member to effectively raise and lower a top portion of the stud assembly. The leveler assembly includes a threaded rod to effectively raise and lower the first and second uprights relative to a base.
WORKSPACE WALL PANELS AND SYSTEMS INCLUDING SAME
A wall panel for a workspace system includes a monolithic wall portion and a cover carried by the monolithic wall portion. The monolithic wall portion includes a first surface, an aperture including a wall opening formed on the first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The cover includes a channel adjacent to the first surface, and the channel and the aperture together define an internal chamber. The cover further includes a cover opening coupled to the channel. The wall panel further includes an electrical assembly carried in the internal chamber. The electrical assembly includes a receptacle that is accessible via the cover opening.
QUICK ASSEMBLE WALL SYSTEM, AND RELATED METHODS
A wall panel for a quick assemble wall system may include a first upright post and a second upright post. The wall panel may also include a lower stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post and an upper stretcher for connecting the first upright post to the second upright post. The wall panel may include at least one frame for placement within the first vertical post, the second vertical post, the lower stretcher, and the upper stretcher. The wall panel may include a first retractable latch located on the at least one frame, the first retractable latch adapted to engage at least one of the first upright post, second upright post, lower stretcher, or upper stretcher.
