Construction kit consisting of wall elements and connectors to be inserted therebetween in order to erect room dividers
The construction kit consisting of wall elements and connectors to be inserted therebetween is designed in order to erect room dividers. The wall elements are produced by compressing fiber material and have at least one connecting flank which is systematically provided with contours. The connectors are designed as a profiled rail on which there is at least one connection which has systematically arranged mating contours. The contours on the wall elements can be brought into form-fitting engagement with the mating contours on the connectors. The fiber material used for producing the wall elements is a compressed polyester nonwoven fabric or a mixture of natural and synthetic fibers. The connector is an extruded profile, preferably made of aluminum. The construction kit essentially comprises rectilinear wall elements, differently curved wall elements and a three-winged wall element with three connecting flanks.
PARTITION ASSEMBLY
An office work system includes a first and second table assemblies each including a first work surface having first and second ends, and leg arrangements coupled to the work surfaces and configured to support the work surfaces above a floor surface, a beam arrangement that includes an upwardly-facing surface, a first end, a second end, and a pair of channels extending between the first and second ends, the channels coextending with one another and being located at the same vertical height, wherein the first table and second table assemblies are coupled to the beam arrangement, a work tool positioned above the beam arrangement, and a connector assembly connecting the work tool to the beam arrangement, where the connector assembly is coupled to the work tool and engages the pair of channels of the beam arrangement such that the work tool may be repositioned along a length of the beam arrangement.
PARTITION ASSEMBLY
A partition assembly for subdividing a floor plan area that includes a beam assembly including a beam member including an upper wall, a pair of side walls, a bottom wall, first and second ends, and a pair of channels extending between the first and second ends, each of the channels positioned closer to one of the pair of side walls than to a longitudinally-extending center line of the beam member, a lower frame member located below the beam member, and vertical frame members extending between the beam member and the lower frame member, a work tool positioned above the beam assembly, and a connector assembly connecting the work tool to the beam assembly, where the connector assembly is coupled to the work tool and engages the pair of channels of the beam member.
Modular panel system
A modular panel system including a plurality of posts where each post includes a front face, a rear face, and opposed lateral faces. A central channel is formed in the front face where the central channel has a linking opening, a first ledge and a second ledge. Cutouts are formed in the ledges. The rear face includes a panel receiving channel that receives an edge of a panel. A linking element is configured to be secured in the linking opening. The head of the linking element is sized to fit within the first and the second cutouts and be secured by the first and second ledges to couple the first post to the second post. The lateral faces of the coupled posts together form a first side central channel and a first side central channel cutout that is configured to receive a second linking element to couple a third post to the coupled first and second posts.
ADJUSTABLE PEDESTAL FOR PARTITION
A pedestal for supporting a partition and a method for a partition. The pedestal includes a base for mounting onto a floor, the base having a peripheral outer surface. The pedestal also includes a body having a first end opposite a second end and an inner surface proximate the first end interfacing with the base peripheral outer surface. A cap is coupled to the body proximate the second end, and a bracket is coupled to the cap for coupling with a partition. The method includes connecting a base to a floor, coupling a body of to the base, coupling a sleeve to the base on which is coupled a bracket, and coupling the partition to the bracket.
MODULAR SELF CHECKOUT WALL PANEL SYSTEM
A wall panel system includes two side frames, each side frame defining an interior channel configured to carry two adjacently positions wall panel inserts facing in opposite directions. A bottom support frame is perpendicular to and joined to each of the two side frames. A removable wall panel insert is carried by the interior channels defined by the two side frames and a removable top frame is configured to couple with the top surfaces of the two side frames to secure the removable wall panel insert within the channels defined by the two side frames. A bottom frame supports the wall panel support system on a surface and a support leg provides support along an axis perpendicular to a plane formed by the wall panel insert.
Reusable architectural wall
A reusable architectural wall is provided which provides a cost-effective space-dividing wall structure formed of internal support rails joined by a lightweight, cost effective facing panel on each panel side, which preferably is formed of standard architectural materials such as gypsum board, R-board and the like. The wall is structurally rigid, field cuttable, installable horizontally or vertically and has a substantial acoustic reduction, cable carrying capacity, and HVAC capability.
Primary and intermediate horizontal leveler
Implementations of the present invention relate to apparatuses, systems, and methods for constructing and installing architectural walls that are secured to a floor and/or a ceiling and include one or more leveling mechanisms. The leveling mechanisms may allow the architectural wall to be selectively adjusted vertically relative to the floor and/or ceiling so that a horizontal positioning of the wall may be achieved. The leveling mechanisms may also allow the architectural wall to fit securely to a floor and/or ceiling.
Beam assembly
An office work system comprises a first furniture unit having a first laterally-extending channel, and a second furniture unit having a second laterally-extending channel, the second channel being disposed substantially parallel to and at least substantially the same vertical height as the first channel, such that at least a portion of the first and second channels coextend. The office work system further comprises a work accessory and a connector assembly to connect the work accessory to the first and second furniture units along the coextending portions of the channels, the assembly including a pair of engagement members adapted to engage the first and second channels.
SCREEN ASSEMBLY
A screen assembly includes a first screen, a second screen, and a connector. Each screen includes a panel with a recess and a receiver positioned within the recess. The receiver has a locking member and an actuator. The actuator is operable to move the locking member relative to the receiver. The connector includes a body, a first contact extending from the body in a first direction, and a second contact extending from the body in a second direction. The first contact is received in the receiver of the first screen and has a first opening through which the first locking member extends. The second contact is received in the receiver of the second screen and has a second opening through which the second locking member extends.
